About Rusted Moss... Considering you show Wind Fortress right after the start and do not have a Moss Jump... I think you did a Sequence Break to get through "Dangerous Climb Ahead" section and got there early... Which explains WHY it looked like you need to heavily rely on "Grapple" (well you still need but proper sequence of locations eases you up into it).
This game REALLY likes its Sequence Breaking - it has 6 intended Sequence Break locations which require some crazy movement tech like "rocket jump into shotgun recoil into damage boost on your own grenade to reset grapple... TWICE". It is so "intended" that game has a number of Achievements all about doing some stuff waaaay earlier or rushing to the end without meeting characters that set you on your Main Quest path to begin with.
Meanwhile if you go through "intended" route - you usually have tools at your disposal to make "Grapple" mechanics easier.
Hope you'll give it another go.

My favorite part if Indeimaus playing really cool metroidvanias is I get to recommend them to my friends who love the genre and watch them have a lot of fun and be impressed with my phenomenal taste in recommending games.
Valids Story: Abyssal City is one for that list, available on Steam.
I say we just call them Benchfires from now on. Combine the 3D Bonfire and 2D Bench. Make it as impenetrable as possible.
Boentue. Bonfire, bench, statue. Covers most of the save point iterations and will make people wonder why a bunch of people are talking about this mysterious word that looks vaguely french.

Gotta love the times you use My Only Chance on the bosses or final bosses, I'll have you know that this is what made me play Furi and 100%'ing it. Not hearing it here but hearing it on your channel. I am so happy that you're still making these absolute slappers of videos. Not gonna get all sappy here, but seriously, it makes my days a whole lot better. Love you Indei, generally the best on this platform for me.

This is actually a very cool game. The main gameplay mechanic feels familiar to Ender Lilies, you can have up to three attacks, two of which has a limited amount of use. Then it adds the Biomorph mechanic and each creature has at least one move that is different from everything else?? That's awesome! Gotta pick this one up when I have the chance!

Yeah man sometimes you get in this mood that no new game is hitting but what you really need is a brief period of touching grass trust me than any game will hit real good ( although rusted moss is a really hard and challenging platformer but still)

To anyone who watched this, don't let the intro discourage you. Rusted Moss is a fantastic little indie game with an incredibly unique and rewarding elastic grappling hook mechanic, and a neat world and story. The decision to design the whole game around the mechanic was brilliant, but it has a big learning curve. Once you get the hang of it you'll be pulling stuff that looks straight out of a speedrun. Then you'll watch an actual speedrun and realize you haven't touched the surface of what you can do in the game. Seriously, give it a fair chance.

I bounced off Rusted Moss super hard as well. The grappling look in concept would be amazing but its game feel is soooooooo mushy? feeling. Its hard to explain but it is not responsive or fun to control...

1) I'm far removed enough that I don't know nor understand anything about which may have occurred but my curiosity is piqued, what's the "Omni Fiasco" that is withholding Indeimaus' YT AdSense from him for 2+ months? Sounds f***ed up whatever it is!
2) Those 4 trapezoid shaped blocks beneath the Health Bar when you just glance at it really quickly looks like it spells out "Wawa", the convenience store. xD

omnia media was an MCN i was with since 2016, they basically are going out of business and aren't paying any of their partners - i've since left but still haven't been paid
