I went through a patch of depression from 2006 till 2012, both parents past away suddenly and most unexpectedly at the age of 59,then before I'd even been able to arrange my dad funeral, I had hodgkin's lymphoma, my best mate visited me, and I asked if he ever got peed off being alone, he said he loves getting home from work, looking at himself in the mirror and asking his reflection what he's having to eat, and having a silly conversation with himself, I was peeing myself laughing, he also told me how he'd done karaoke 🎤 the weekend before, he said he was that bad, they turned the mic off, iwas rolling on the floor with laughter, and asked weren't you embarrassed, he said not at all, they're not laughing at you they're laughing with you, it was like someone had switched a light on in my head, I'm not scared to step out of my comfort zone, and doing a karaoke song is a great way to enjoy your sleep and hopefully cheer others up.

Hey There!! Has anybody ever told you that Jesus loves you and He’s there for you ..if only you can believe, then you will talk to Him and He will gradually turn your life around in every aspect! .. I pray that your truth will set him free, and I come against every spirit of depression, confusion, blame, shame and condemnation, and I cancel every generational curses over him Lord🙏🏻 in Jesus’ name I pray. And I pray Lord Jesus that you will do all this for him because this is your will for him to be free and made whole!🙏🏻
