Cejn Dry Disconnects are non-drip quick couplings adaptable to virtually all applications but is particularly a great option for the liquid cooling of electronics.
"The purpose of this video is to illustrate two types of quick disconnects available to the market today. The first one is what they call an ISO B. It's probably the most common. It's got valved sides on both the female and the male half available in brass steel and stainless steel from quarter inch or eighth inch size actually all the way up to two inch. The second one we're going to show you today is something from Cejn Industrial. Cejn is a Swedish company and they've built a little bit better mouse trap and we're going to illustrate that with a flat face dry disconnect that's available up to one inch in chrome plated brass and 316 stainless steel. So we'll do the the ISO B right now show you how to connect it - you have to slide the sleeve back you have to insert it then push till the ring comes up. To disconnect we do the same process in reverse and to show you the spill that happens even with a so-called dry disconnect you lose that liquid every time you disconnect.
The Cejn since it's a flat face design, the first thing you're going to notice is that it's a lot easier to connect.
All you do is put it together and push and the comes up automatically to disconnect slide the sleeve back pull and all we had was a little residual that was right there compare that to that. "

One question; would this work for steam/fog as well as a fluid?

An answer for you from the manufacturer:
For a steam application up to 150°C (302°F) brass with EPDM seals will work. For a higher temperature, stainless steel and Kalrez would be appropriate.
It is important to keep in mind that the color coded rings are designed for use up to 125°C (257°F) only.
Otherwise the standard parameters of the range apply.
