We today are spoiled. I grew up in a large farm house. 5 upstairs bedrooms, 6 children. ONE main floor bathroom, and we never questioned it, and survived😊
@@user-kh1cb3kq8z I somewhat agree but now that I'm older I can't hike through the house in the middle of the night. I grew up in a house that had one bathroom for six, three bedrooms but could only access the bathroom by going through two of the bedrooms. That's still a heck of a lot better than creeping to an outhouse in the middle of the night or a bucket in the corner.
I would worry about purchasing a rural home in Oxfordshire. If building 100, 000 new homes I would worry my view would soon be a thing of the past as homes begin popping up. I wonder how fair along they are in thisscheme now that it's 2024.

Oh my yes! We had a two seater, both frighteningly large for a small child in the dark! Haha

If you’ve ever been to Chicago you would understand why they want to live small and green and quiet. Chicago is horrific.
