Btw piper can also be seen at the end of a match in a bush with a mini Rosa ring around her so it’s likely gonna be a starpower rework cause that looks like the bush buff but it might be able to be given to teammates when they are in that zone, you can see it on Rey-BS vid looks interesting
I think that the arrow shooted by Piper, is the main attack of the new brawler, from the Swamp of Love trio. Piper is only a place holder, like they have done with Leon as Cord during Maise Brawl talk
I have a feeling that crows star power carrion crow will be getting a rework. In the one game that they show, crow uses his super multiple times. I think that carrion crow will also increase his super charge rate a lot.

The background found in the video is the Rumble Jungle background which means that Maisie queen of the Jungle skin is coming back with the background And the new piper bullet is def for Valentines Piper, since it costs 150 gems but has no bullet effects yet
That makes sense to think, but isn't true. Jungle Queen Maisie comes back a year after the skins debut. The next bp skin to come back is rt and that's next season (maybe next update, not sure). But AFTER that season, maises bp skin comes back. I understand the confusion, I hope this helps
