When I was six my parents took my sister and I out of school for Micky’s not so scary Halloween party. It was a big deal because we lived in Tennessee at the time and my sister and I had always wanted to go. It was amazing and I know my parents loved it too. I vividly remember seeing the headless horseman and hunting down candy with my family. My sister and I were both dressed as Ariel and it was adorable. Looking back, it was one of the best family vacations we ever took.

But for the party I want to dress up as Elizabeth Swann, ether when she’s in her nightgown or her island shift dress and meet the pirates & of course Jack and Sally! I can’t wait! ❤️❤️😭
When I was either four or five years old my Mom and I went to Disney Land for my Birthday and I went Trick or Treating around the park. Both of us went on the Tower of Terror too, which I wasn't use to back then.
I know the costumes the Sanderson Sisters wear are the originals from the movie! I wore Sora from Kingdom Hearts 2 this year (last Friday, actually), and so many of the characters knew who I was!!
We are leaving for Disney Friday morning! I can’t wait. We plan to go to the party on the 30th. I am most looking forward to the parade and the Hocus Pocus show.
I went on the Sept 3rd party, and it was great! But if you want a good spot by the castle (like around Walt Disney's statue) there were people sitting at it more than 1 hour before the stage show, so definitely plan where and when to get a spot for the stage show, parade, and fireworks. :)

When i was younger I actually got to participate in the parade. Cast members would go up to people in costume and ask if they wanted to join the parade because their costumes were good/creative. It was a little scary for me as I was extremely shy but looking back it, I’m glad i did.

I went as I kid. I think it was in 2007. I had lots of fun and mainly remembering going on it’s a Small world, the Peter Pan ride, and the now extinct Snow White ride with not much of a wait. There was actually no wait for Snow White and we took a picture of it. I enjoyed the parade and getting autographs from many characters. I can’t remember what I dress up as but it wasn’t a Disney character.
I went to the Halloween party in 2013 on the 31st and there has been so much new stuff added to it I’m so jealous!! They definitely didn’t have the Hocus Pocus show but they had this other show and right after it you could have a meet & greet with the villains because they walked off stage, but it brought up really crowded lines.
Back in 2000 we were in Magic Kingdom for Halloween. Some of my fondest Halloween memories. XD I was Ariel that year and remember lots of being treated like a princess.
I remember going with my step mom and I didn’t get to wear a costume,but I still had fun! My favorite parts of the night was we were at the Monsters Inc.Dance Party And I was dancing to BAMM! from Disney’s Zombies.It was an awesome night,knowing I’m going back next year as Eliza from ZOMBIES! Can’t wait!
We had went not so long ago. About a week ago actually. So we went onto Space Mountain, we were so confused about the lights being off. So me watching this is great, thanks so much for the clarification. We got to see the end of the show with the sisters, and also we got to see the headless horsemen as well. We got a lot of candy, we had a lot of fun!

If you go to the California Grill at the top of the contemporary, you can watch the fireworks with an amazing view from the balcony. They even play the music through the hotel speakers!
In Fantasyland you can see 360 fireworks and the ending is really cool. I recommend watching from there especially since the projections on the castle aren’t really interesting. -cast member tips
I was disappointed with the Pirates overlay. I thought there was going to be much to it. Space Mountain deserves to be higher on the list though. It was so much fun in the dark. Boo to You is my personal favorite parade on property. I could watch it both times during the party and still want to watch it again!
Thanks! The video was awesome and very informative. This year were doing both parks ( California/Orlando) and was disappointed in hearing that the Haunted Mansion (Orlando) doesn't have an overlay of Jack Skeleton. That was our #1, now I think its going to be Pirates of the Caribbean.

I was 7 the last time I went to the party. That was 16 years ago! So much has changed and I wish my family would opt in to going, since we are usually at Disney in October! Maybe next time!
i went to my first Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween Party this past Sunday(16th), because of rain we couldnt see the later showing of the Hocus Pocus Show and missed the first one. we stayed until 11pm because of weather. we mostly did everything else especially liked the Boo To You parade. overall that was fun and hopefully can do it again in the coming years =D

We were at the same party as you (8/28)! We were hoping to run into you & the rest of the gang of theme park tube , but no luck . We did have a blast at the party. We especially loved Boo to you parade, and walking onto almost every attraction ! It was sooo much fun!! Honestly , I can’t see how people waste 2+ hours on lines for characters . It’s their choice , but we prefer being able to walk on almost every attraction like the park is closed down ! We met a couple of characters very late in the evening when the lines died way down .

I got to go last year and the hocus pocus show was definitely my favorite part..😍💕 I also got the sorcerer's Halloween card at the fire station. Didn't have time to play but the card is free and it's a nice souvenir 😉 (Honestly, didn't get to do as much as I hoped to.. it was the first party of the year and it was packed. 😥 also placed it at the end of my trip so I really tired by that day.. definitely, would change things next time. 😅)
(Late to the party haha and to the channel. Love it) I went in 2018 - came all the way from Australia to go. Absolutely loved it. I will say that the fireworks and parade on Halloween night were VERY busy so I recommend scoping out a place early - I moved into a spot around 15-20mins early for the parade and I was sitting on a railing of a flowerbed and watched it all through the trees. The parade had fewer people than the fireworks too. Other than that though an absolutely enjoyable evening!

Cherry Cupcake Creations My Mon and me went to the MNSSHP on Oct 26th. We went to Hollywood Studios aka Construction Studios on Oct 25th. I got over my fear of the Tower of Terror Elevator ride that day. I did not like the Rockin Roller Coaster. I think I might have put finger dents in the handles on that ride. In the ride photo my knuckles look white. (laughs). Anyways does anyone know how to move a whole city closer to Orlando? (laughs). I am about 6 hours away from Orlando. I really wish Pensacola was closer though. :)
Scott Houston We went to MNSSHP on Oct 25th. We went to Hollywood studios on the 23rd and I went on rockin rollercoaster and the tower of terror rides for the first time. I loved both of them. It was my first coaster to have inversions. Going to go back in a few years for the 50th anniversary.
@@CherryCupcakeCreations Also the Rockin Roller Coaster was my first upside down coaster too. I still think I might have put finger dents in the handles. Since my hands were hurting after that ride. (Laughs) Oh on the 23rd of Oct we went to Epcot. On Oct 30th. We rode on a Banshee for the first time. I wanted to do it again on Oct 31th but was too late. They had closed the entrance. I did adopt a Banshee though. Just need to come with a Na'vi sounded name for her. On Oct 29th we did the Keys to the Kingdom Tour. I wonder if our path crossed any where. Oh there goes my train of thought jumping tracks. Well anyways the Tour Guide we got in the group of 20. His name was Christopher. I was surprised no one asked him if his last name was Robin and how is Winnie the Pooh and Gang doing. :) We stayed 14 days in a cabin in Fort Wilderness.
We did the party in September. The Midnight Showing of the Hocus Pocus show is the one to see. We saw all the shows including Monster Inc Dance show and Pirates Overlay.. Didn't do much trick or treating. Got pictures with Jafar, Lotso, Cast of Tarzan, Brer Rabbit and Miranda from Brave. They could do a better job of advertising who is where. It was a fun time though.

I know this is over 2 months old. Anyways there are probably some special characters that walk around and have no meet and greet spot. My Mom and me went on Oct 26th to MNSSHP. I went dressed as a Dalmatian. As we were in Fantasy Land heading toward Winnie the Pooh Ride, Crullea Devil found me and said hello puppy in her voice. As if she jumped right out of the animated 101 Dalmatians movie. I was really hoping to see her during the party. There were even other people also dressed as Dalmatians.
my parents and i are planning on going this year cause its been a dream to go to disney during halloween for me (im currently 15 and only went to disney once in february of 2017) so im beyond excited to hopefully experience this and meet some of my favorite characters

I’m going to Disney on the 18th, and the party on the 25th of October. It’s my first time and I’m so excited. It’s a 24th birthday present for my best friend.

My Mon and me went to the MNSSHP on Oct 26th. We went to Hollywood Studios aka Construction Studios on Oct 25th. I got over my fear of the Tower of Terror Elevator ride that day. I did not like the Rockin Roller Coaster. I think I might have put finger dents in the handles on that ride. In the ride photo my knuckles look white. (laughs). Anyways does anyone know how to move a whole city closer to Orlando? (laughs). I am about 6 hours away from Orlando. I really wish Pensacola was closer though. :)
Scott Houston We went to MNSSHP on Oct 25th. We went to Hollywood studios on the 23rd and I went on rockin rollercoaster and the tower of terror rides for the first time. I loved both of them. It was my first coaster to have inversions. Going to go back in a few years for the 50th anniversary.
@@CherryCupcakeCreations Also the Rockin Roller Coaster was my first upside down coaster too. I still think I might have put finger dents in the handles. Since my hands were hurting after that ride. (Laughs) Oh on the 23rd of Oct we went to Epcot. On Oct 30th. We rode on a Banshee for the first time. I wanted to do it again on Oct 31th but was too late. They had closed the entrance. I did adopt a Banshee though. Just need to come with a Na'vi sounded name for her. On Oct 29th we did the Keys to the Kingdom Tour. I wonder if our path crossed any where. Oh there goes my train of thought jumping tracks. Well anyways the Tour Guide we got in the group of 20. His name was Christopher. I was surprised no one asked him if his last name was Robin and how is Winnie the Pooh and Gang doing. :) We stayed 14 days in a cabin in Fort Wilderness.
Hate that we're not making it this year. :( Halloween is our anniversary, and we love going to Disney for it! Great video!
We did the party in September. The Midnight Showing of the Hocus Pocus show is the one to see. We saw all the shows including Monster Inc Dance show and Pirates Overlay.. Didn't do much trick or treating. Got pictures with Jafar, Lotso, Cast of Tarzan, Brer Rabbit and Miranda from Brave. They could do a better job of advertising who is where. It was a fun time though.
And I went through the candy lines like 7 times there’s no limit you can go as much as you want
This is a dream my mom and I share: to go to a Mickey's not so scary Halloween party and experience it all. We're complete Disney nerds!
I went last year for the first time and it was amazing! I'm going back for my birthday in just a few weeks, I can't wait!! Hopefully this time I'll get to the Jack and Sally meet and greet. Missed out last year. But love the party and can't wait to go back!

I know this is over 2 months old. Anyways there are probably some special characters that walk around and have no meet and greet spot. My Mom and me went on Oct 26th to MNSSHP. I went dressed as a Dalmatian. As we were in Fantasy Land heading toward Winnie the Pooh Ride, Crullea Devil found me and said hello puppy in her voice. As if she jumped right out of the animated 101 Dalmatians movie. I was really hoping to see her during the party. There were even other people also dressed as Dalmatians.
my parents and i are planning on going this year cause its been a dream to go to disney during halloween for me (im currently 15 and only went to disney once in february of 2017) so im beyond excited to hopefully experience this and meet some of my favorite characters
