Victor ain't broken at all.
He's actually very linear and the only thing helping him is that few people knows the mu.
As soon as people realise that you SS right basically every move in his set thing will change.
He's still a very good character tho and very easy to pick for newcomers
@@Sgaragarru The consept of the character isn't broken, but the bugged throw and weird tracking moves (u1+2 for example) makes him really strong
If they fix that's problems he is a good char
'broken victor' is mabye yes but arguable. but leroy at release? oh man it almost end the entire tekken series.. u know. i don't mean victor is not a high tier. but u cannot compare with the leroy impact.
