RESIDENT EVIL 8 SPOILERS!! Okay so I'm watching this again after watching the end of resident evil 8. I noticed that when Jack is dragging Ethan (after Ethan ACTUALLY died) it makes that wooshing sound that plays when you die in game, I only just noticed this and it makes sense now. They planned this so far in advance!!
Ok so I'm really ok with that explanation of him being dead the whole time cause dead people aren't themselves when they are brought back and they don't have any memories or emotions or a personality and another thing that bugs me about it is how is mold able to bring back the dead in the first place and how did it get in him in order to revive him. I'm sorry this is kind of a rant but it bugs me and I had to get it off my chest.

Came back to this after watching the Resident Evil 8 demo and I NEEDED more Resident Evil content. This is my third time watching it and I still love it so much
**Spoiler** At 44:36, Ethan Winters officially died. The mold kept him alive from then on. That’s why he was able to take so much physical trauma, heal severed limbs, and survive the events of the next game. His genetic composition saved him from being completely possessed by the mold, or Eveline. RIP my dude.
Also watching this again after his resident evil 8 play through so far. I can’t help but notice the flies in the beginning of this game which resemble and sound like the flies on the dimitrescu daughters it might not be connected but damn it sure is nice to think that it is.
Jack if you can collect as many antique coins as you can because you can spend them in the caravan later on to buy more health or weapons. I hope this helps. :)

I like the style of RE2 and 3 remake/remastered then also RE7 and RE8. Just the gameplay of like the first Resident Evil is holding me back a little
We really need to appreciate the person who made the captions in this video. They're extremely helpful and well made, and there's no personal input or joke from the person who wrote them. The person is including stammering, distant noises and much more, and it's lovely. I mean, go to 30:45 and check the subtitles for 25 seconds. I cannot explain how much I love it. It always annoys me whenever someone uses the captions to promote themselves, or when they put in their own reactions or when they just try to be funny in them. Im not hard of hearing, I can HEAR it fine, but I have auditory processing issues, I struggle to understand things that are said to me. Or things I hear, reading is much easier for me. The subtitles are very helpful.

“You’ve got great hair for someone that’s been gone for 3 years.” As a curly haired woman with a similar texture to Mia, that was my same exact thought, at least based on the state of the cell she was kept in. Sorry, but those perfect beach waves would have been a matted, greasy mess lol. I doubt she was able to take a hot shower at least twice a week and had some leave in and curl cream.
all the Bakers look normal for the most part if you saw them from a distance/ saw them for a very short time you would see them as being completely normal unless of couse you were going to be one of their victims and got too close and Mia is part of the fam so has the same... look? Like Mia looks normal until Evie takes control, the same goes for Jack and Marguerite.

Correct me if I'm wrong, I think it was Evie who made Mia record & send the video to Ethan. If I remember correctly, Evie did it because she wanted Ethan to come to be her father, since she wanted Mia to be her mother. So I think it was Mia being controlled by Evie, not Miranda disguising herself as Mia like in RE8. Besides, I'm not sure how that would benefit Miranda if that was her in RE7. Didn't she disguise herself as Mia to get their baby? A lot of things that Mia did in RE7 wouldn't really make sense if it was Miranda either, like Mia closing the door on Ethan near the end of the game when Evie was about to control her mind again. That one felt like what the real Mia would do because it looked like something that she did because she loved Ethan. It seemed genuine.
Horror game/movie logic: My long thought to be dead wife sent me a vague email with a location. Better go alone and not bring any police or even multiple people at all!

this video changed my life. i watched it when it came out, and my gaming knowledge from before then was small (ds games only tbh) and seeing this video, and experiencing this genre and this series for the first time genuinely changed the trajectory of my life. it blew my mind that games like this existed and this game was so incredible to me (and still is to this day). i finally got to play this game for myself for the first time last year, and it was a dream come true. i watched sean play this game over and over and over again, never getting bored of it. i just..mm coming back to this six years later is still a joy.

I actually went to the gun range with a bumbed hand and reloaded just like Ethan did. Its possible. But once he entered the Guest House I believe he became infected so that would explain Jack's Magic Juice. Remember its Resident Evil. Nothing Super Natural all Science.

Correct me if I'm wrong, I think it was Evie who made Mia record & send the video to Ethan. If I remember correctly, Evie did it because she wanted Ethan to come to be her father, since she wanted Mia to be her mother. So I think it was Mia being controlled by Evie, not Miranda disguising herself as Mia like in RE8.
Besides, I'm not sure how that would benefit Miranda if that was her in RE7. Didn't she disguise herself as Mia to get their baby?
A lot of things that Mia did in RE7 wouldn't really make sense if it was Miranda either, like Mia closing the door on Ethan near the end of the game when Evie was about to control her mind again. That one felt like what the real Mia would do because it looked like something that she did because she loved Ethan. It seemed genuine.

this video changed my life. i watched it when it came out, and my gaming knowledge from before then was small (ds games only tbh) and seeing this video, and experiencing this genre and this series for the first time genuinely changed the trajectory of my life. it blew my mind that games like this existed and this game was so incredible to me (and still is to this day). i finally got to play this game for myself for the first time last year, and it was a dream come true. i watched sean play this game over and over and over again, never getting bored of it. i just..mm coming back to this six years later is still a joy.

I actually went to the gun range with a bumbed hand and reloaded just like Ethan did. Its possible. On top of that as much adrenalin pumping through him when the fight and the cutting off of the hand happening he wouldn't have reacted till after his body was safe and his heart rate dropped. But once he entered the Guest House I believe he became infected so that would explain Jack's Magic Juice. Remember its Resident Evil. Nothing Super Natural all Science.
