Fried spinach crepes

My dears, in this video I will show you how to make delicious fried spinach crepes, stuffed with salami and cheese. There are countless different varieties of fried crepes, but this one is also interesting because of its color. Beautiful and very tasty green crepes can be filled with any filling, if desired.

INGREDIENTS (for 4 crepes):
FOR DOUGH:
150 ml milk,
100 g flour,
1 egg,
2 tbsp boiled spinach,
2 tbsp oil,
a pinch of salt,
water as needed.
FOR FILLING:
cheese (milk) spread,
turkey (chicken) ham (salami),
yellow cheese.
FOR BREADING:
flour,
egg,
breadcrumbs i
oil.
