Guys it is so shocking for me to see SOO many of you going through this exact same ordeal.....and the fact that this is not only in pre-orders but normal availability models as well is just WRONG on so many levels....plus I am seeing these mangas spring up on grey markets or resellers....but pre orders not being honored....something seems fishy here...
Went through an ordeal trying to pre-order the Casio UNO. I placed the order a month back and there was no clue on when the order will be shipped. The customer service was horrendous. When i asked they said it, "it will arrive when it will arrive". Every time an email was sent they were responding as if they are giving it for free. It took me a month of back to back emailing everyday to bug them and finally they cancelled. I placed the order a month back. They kept the money for a month and are reaping the interest of customer's money. The people answering emails and calls have no care WHATSOEVER !
Finally someone spoke about this! I've placed my order on june 16 on the casioindiashop site. for the white one. I knew that it would take some time to get the order in hand. But there isn't any transparency in the order details. though the order is placed there isn't any tracking information available. Reached the customer support and seller they are not giving proper response. Out of nowhere people are publishing videos on getting the watch.. wondering how this is being sold in stores when there is none got their pre order. I'm still waiting for this watch more than 4 weeks. there's no medium on casio/casio intl to place a complaint on this

One thing I noticed that Casio has various different authorised sellers but they are flippers, they cancel the orders and sell offline at a huge price. And Casio should have it’s own big warehouse in various parts of India and just eliminate these authorised sellers to sell online
I have ordered a MDV 107 last Friday they have cancelled the order yesterday due to stock not available. The funny part is they are still taking orders for the same watch on their website showing only 2 piece left.
Same here I had pre-booked the white manga edition on 25th June but did not get it till 15th July so I directly contacted different Casio stores and luckily I got one from a store directly and after receiving that I cancelled my pre-booking by email request. Casio Japan directly needs to intervene in this and make sure customer gets what is ordered/ pre-booked if they want to grow their community.

I went through the same issue. I wanted to buy 2 white but white one went out of stock after placing order so I ordered 1 white and 1 blue. After 10 days they cancelled my white order and emailed me saying it's out of stock for an item which was on preorder. Thankfully I managed to find both whites at a retail outlet. Then they weren't ready to cancel the already booked blue watch saying it's a preorder item so it cannot be cancelled. I had to write to them a few times then they eventually cancelled it saying that's also out of stock 🤣
I would advise to people who have preordered but have not received it or the order is cancelled by the website, to initiate a consumer case. Until they are legally charged for their wrong, they won’t get better
Call out Seiko also, for raising the prices of their base Seiko 5 models. They used to be value for money but now you'll think twice. One can raise the budget and buy a Tissot or a Seiko presage.

Something like you are forced to cancel cause you need money, like its your fault only(which is true for trusting casio india😅) and they are not to blame. Write 1 mail wait 2-3 working days, if no reply continue to write till you get your refund

Casio or not, it is for sure india, here people will sell you sonata even in a rolex watch box with 2 straps for an unrelated smart watch which you don't even have
I had ordered the white one on 1st July. It said they will start sending the orders from 10th and till date it has not come. No cancellation either. Absolutely no movement or communication. Had called their customer care and they said pre booked order for new launches take 1 to 1.5 months. When I asked about wrong date they said it is just showing like that for no reason. While I'm seeing people on social media flauting it and also selling it for much higher price. It is soon going to be 1 month. I'm also waiting to see for how long they go on with this.
Another instance of bad customer care option through the website - I wanted to order a particular strap from the website but it was out of stock for more than a few months. I ended up contacting a local service center store, and they luckily had the strap in stock.

Casio don't even have manufacturing factories here in India . They have factories in China , Vietnam , Japan etc...And real thing is most of the watches bought in India are imported from Chinese factories . Casio should diverse their manufacturing lines to India , we account for decent % in there selling circle .

Not only on casio india shop but I can see that most of the casio watches are out of stock in amazon and flipkart, etc.... Casio watches are so popular in india due to its affordability and quality but I don't know why casio doesn't officially sells their product and instead they have these authorized online sellers who doesn't care about casio product If you don't want to sell casio watches then why are you an authorized seller, I hope casio focuses on the stocks provided for Indian market or maybe they start their own official website for shopping the products

Titan is best in these terms.. As far as their delivery, Service is concerned... Though they might don't have casio like variety in terms of digital, solar etc... But their automatic and quartz, edge collection is way beautiful and great.. Love to titan ❤
But they are not good in quality that's the problem you can buy a good quality Casio in the same or lower rate than titan

I think A video for Titan has to be made, it claims itself as largest Indian watch maker however despite good heritage failed to manufacture own mechanical movement. Also Indian govt puts lot of customs duty on imported watches so buying imported watches at extravagant prices is just not justified.
I also ordered a GShock from casio india shop after taking my payment and order they canceled my order after 1 week and telling me that the product is out of stock
From what I saw on my preorders, the watch is sold via some authorised dealer on casioindia shop, you will see the name of the dealer when your order is confirmed. But somehow it will get cancelled. 2 reasons for this 1st reason is dealer receives the product but instead sells it to some customer who is physically at the store because he saves on the free shipping to customer on online orders. 2nd reason is he passes it on to grey market dealers who sell it for 50k etc making them money as well.

Please explain should we buy or not
I also ordered a GShock from casio india shop after taking my payment and order they canceled my order after 1 week and telling me that the product is out of stock
From what I saw on my preorders, the watch is sold via some authorised dealer on casioindia shop, you will see the name of the dealer when your order is confirmed. But somehow it will get cancelled. 2 reasons for this 1st reason is dealer receives the product but instead sells it to some customer who is physically at the store because he saves on the free shipping to customer on online orders. 2nd reason is he passes it on to grey market dealers who sell it for 50k etc making them money as well.

Same thing happened with me when i ordere the tifanny blue mtp 1302 enticer . They made me wait for 1 month and then cancelled it and then refunded. My question is that 1 mahine ke liye aap ke pass mere paise tha itna kitna lakho logo ka hoga . I wonder how much they make on interest every month and then simply refund the principal . It's a scam at this point

This happened to me also ,no tracking was available , when called most of the times they dont attend after 1 month they cancelled the order

Not only for pre booking...I'm also facing same issue..I've placed an order on 20th July, in the website product is showing available but when I checked with customer support got response that the it is out of stock 😮

Considering a product is available both on Casio official website and amazon, it'll be safe to order from amazon right ?
Even I ordered casio W218hc from flipkart it shown next day delivery but now its a week and still they are showing that the item is being shipped I don't know whether flipkart or casio india authorized sellers are on the wrong side .

There's no official Casio company working in India......yes .... Casio running their business in India with the 3rd party company based in India , it's different company in different state.........got all info from government officials.......
And 80 % of this companies hold by china Casio........not Japan or Thailand.......😂😂😂😂

Initially i was gonna buy blue one watched over 20 videos and many shorts and aftwr a a week of deciding bought none 😂
But then mind changed and bought the white one next day

same happend with me when i order there wre written expected date for delivery 11 august and today expected date extended to 16 august so i cancel order let's see how much time they will take to refund me
Just a suggestion why dont you start reviewing on certina watches i got to know this brand recently from the first look on website they looks good if can please try to review once or atleast make a video on pros and cons of it a request😊
