Angling only works on Low - Mid Tier The only tank you can angle in high Tier is maus. Some tank will be more weaker if it's angled, Especially Modern tank. Also, You mentioned to angle a Tiger II turret...it will kinda work if it's Tiger II (H). But if it's Tiger II (P), The cupola will be a sweet spot to get hit.

When 2 Jagdtiger meet each other and both are on reload. Both will start wiggling like crazy until one decided to shoot. This will goes on cycle until one of them dies
