Lol that's so crazy, I know Janis is a world champion, but I honestly didnt think he could do more weight than you and Antonovics. That's inspiring that you could still be strong even at a light weight
These should always be thru the thumb because that most closely matches what will happen irl. This is the ultimate movement imo cause it mimics a starting position and shows if you can be moved/pronation lost ot not
Good morning boys hope you have a wonderful day and thank you for sharing your information and knowledge and I think you should show some videos with your lags and feet positions in them
i would like to see a video about how to train for losing wrist stile...what i want to say is how to put the strap or how to train your max in losing wrist stile/ position....thank you
@@nikolasdurcek8643 thats more about speed, you can beat it if youre juat as quick with a toproll or grab him in a hook. Point is, flop wrist doesnt work unless you make a mistake to keep your hand too far from your body. If you keep it close, flop shouldnt be an issue.
@@ethrez honestly i'm a toproller and i do not have problem against flop press, but like my friend can flop press and sometimes even pin me. If he can press with flop wrist, it is just as dangerous as other styles. My point is, that you almost can't flop without straps because it will most likely cause slipout... And then you go for straps. So if you focus on flop, you have to know where to put straps and his question was right. No matter if you're from US or from Europe. I am from Europe btw...
A lot of the exercises use the same muscles ie. hook and back pressure, these muscles could be overtrained. How are you avouding that. Could you provide a weekly planner for your training? I don't need weights and reps etc. Just the exercises, and days. That would be great. Otherwise the videos are great.
You prefer this low attachment over a 90 degrees parallel one? I find the parallel attachment more intense since it also tests rising power (to some degree), what ya think coach?
Kaisar Zaher you know there is no easy answer. All angles are welcomed. However keep in mind that usually a slightly higher attachments simulates better a match , since in a match the opponents power tends to pull & lift your arm
My right (dominant) hand has broken anckle. It recovered all by itself, but I don't have former grip and still feel something uncomfortable their. Can I put stress on it?
Grip isn't super important in armwrestling, strange as it may seem. If you're afraid or worried at least do low weight high reps and train that thing. Start working on it and around it, it'll heal and/or you'll adapt.
Top is Multi vitmains, Omega 3 and something for tendons and joints. For competition creatine, bcaa, teso booster. I take preworkout before some training sessions but not all.
@@voiceofarmwrestling That's nice, wittout suppliments it's too hard to win in armwrestling. What about Top 8 or Zloty? I'd like to know if they pass tests on doping or some drug control? if you know this?
Paragon Knight Oleg did 130+ in one lift . It doesn’t translate exactly to 130+ but still its the heaviest ever measured (according to Igor and other persons who were there) More than Denis , Pushkar,Levan etc

Strap is overused in us, but in europe, they understand true armwrestling is without it. So rather work on your finger strength.
@@ethrez agreed. But like it is almost impossible to flopwrist press without straps

Great in all its possibilities

Is it possible for me to be a good top roller if i have small hands? I have heard only good toprollers have long hands.
Dylan Bostwick michael todd has small hands... godlike toproll
Arsen Liliev was toproller machine with small hands.
Simple answer is yes but u need to work hard on the grip and others
Yes.
back pressure!

Is it better to go with heavy weight less reps or light weight and alot of reps
both works. You need to have both endurance and strength. Isometric, dynamics, negatives... Work on your angles
So we are stronger than it looks like 😂💪
:D it was 100 true
What do you think about more reps in this exercise, about 15,20 reps.I feel much better upper part of forearm with more reps. :D
Depends on you, we mix it up working 3,6,10 sometimes more.
Can you please help me..... I m little confused.... What is he saying 95kg then its 55kg 🤔🤔🤔🙃. 95=55?

Babayev, Breznk are very strong, Petrenko is lifting incredible weights ... Only if he will surprise a lot
Janis strong!
Very strong.
That is one strong strap, it can hold 60kg.
It has been through lot more.
Is it better when you cup while backpressing or just focus on rising/climbing?
Cup/rise with back Pressure only climb if needed
By rise I mean up pressure
Coach just wanna ask, how much time do yo rest in betweet sets. Thaaank yooou!😊
Depends on exercise or how much we are lifting 1-3 min usually.
Thank yoouu thank you very much!😊
so the light weight is stronge ? or not ? Ans me
