Hi Sros, nice recipe. But the intestines need to be turned inside out for deep cleaning before cooking. Otherwise looks good! :)

Not being disrespectful,it's called giving advice,I wouldn't mind .My grandma use to hers inside and out as well.Nothing wrong with little advice from around the world.!
The very first time I watched Sros was during intestines of some sort. She cleaned outside and then ran something through that inverted the insides out and back again. I haven't seen her do that again. I have watched others like Mark Wiems and Strickly Dumplings talk about the flavor and how no matter how much they are cleaned they can still taste different but also about growing up with the flavor and kinda liking whatever that flavor is. It isn't a flavor I personally would like but who knows? I never could stand liver so My children never got it but my son as an adult loves it. It just depends on one's taste buds and what one has grown up with.
Intestines, liver, kidneys and such are definitely in the "you either love it or you hate it" group of flavors. I love to get intestines when I have Kbbq and it tastes better in my opinion when the intestines have something inside. I could be wrong but I don't think its poo cause it's not brown, rather more of a white-ish color.

For years I refuse to eat intestines. Then one day my best friend told me to try it, so I did. I loved it, and realize what I’ve been missing out all those years. It was Fried Korean barbecue style. I’ll have to try this recipe
to everyone who think that was poo she squeezed out, do some research and you'll find that it isnt poo at all. according to some of the other comments ive read its a young cow intestine and its milk solids /fat that was squeezed out.
Does it says on the video though??? Do some research as well and you'll see that even old cow intestine has that kind of filling if you didn't clean it properly. I do respect what she cooks but don't say people that what you are saying is the fact unless SROS mentioned it.

The way you clean the intestine is not right, there is waste inside the intestine that want to be remove, and in our place (India, Kerala)so much time takes to clean the intestine because if it is not cleaned well there will be stomach ache problems will occur, so clean well...😊
They've already pre cleaned and pre cooked it ,its the fat that's left on it when turned inside out so it's ok to consume first who can stomach it.

No fat is supposed to have there in intestine specially the inner portion.. You can only find stool inside and nothing more than that..If it was really cleaned then it looks like shrinked..and also It may create so many stomach issues if it is consumed like as it is..
Not your problem. Just because you do things a certain way doesnt mean everyone else does. Different cultures, different , countries , different families all have their own way.

I think this is a calf’s small intestine. It’s not still until it gets to the big intestine. There was no green when she squished it, so I think it was just partially digested milk solids.

For more secure it is better to clean the inside. Mexicans eats this in tacos, but ee have to clean it very well

You should try it fried. Tacos de Tripitas is what we called in Mexico. Only we wash the inside of the intestine....I don't like the flavor of the inside

I've eaten tripe before many years ago cooked with green tomatoes by a WEST INDIAN lady and I was quite surprised how nice it was to eat, a little chewy but nice.

Dark Princess because they usually have no time for themselves to exercise or cook healthy meals. They barely have time to scratch themselves. Being a mother is a full time job . Hormones also play a part in keeping weight on a new mother, making sure her baby gets enough nutrition. Looking after a newborn can be a brutal job!

Can i just say something, i get i that you are vegetarian, the only thing i wish to say is, its not every country that are full vegerarian. Some eat meat and i believe its not for me to judge her and impose my "religion" on others. I am studying buddism myself (Dalai Lama line) for the past 2 years. Im not eating meaf but still, its not for me to impose my way of life on her or vegetarian diet and impose it on her. I dont think its right for me to do so.
