where do these orders go after they're placed? Does the customer order go to a printer? How does the business owner see what customers ordered? I wish the video covered this very basic and important point. Ok, so it takes the order and they pay. then how does manage the order in the back of the house?

The store owner can manage orders there like a typical WooCommerce store would.
