Ryker - Tornado Siren Test (2001-130 and Modulator)

Tornado Siren testing day. Two sirens close together. Tests are done once a month on a Saturday. If you are lucky enough to catch it when it goes off, it's really loud. So be prepared!

We just saw the Modulator 3012 in December 8 2023.
Also, we missed the 2001 130.

Now the antenna has to be up near the siren head so It can reach out for radio signals. Radio signals are what the Fire/Police department use to set off all the towns sirens with this computer noise called an FSK and those tones set off all the sirens in that town your in. Then inside the boxes on the siren pole there is a radio box inside the control panels producing the sounds and the antenna is connected to the towns Fire/Police departments radio signal sending device.
