Yea sure there are long term effects on the body, but that is if they are abused. Anything taken to the extreme will have long term effects. What you dont take into account is his wide knowlege in nutrition, decipline, work ethic, and desire to be great at something. People will take what they will from it. P.S. he day not be able to run 3 miles but you cant lift as much as him.
To prevent a broken foot or toe from dropping a weight. Add more stability when training. He's working so naturally your gonna wear safety boots. I've always wore industrial workbooks when training. I think probably all serious bodybuilders should wear them. Bodybuilding! The Greatest Sport on Earth.
