      is he still well known there? I have noticed bodybuilding is huge in the Arab world? a British bodybuilder was invited to I think dubai and he was treated so well. the prince wanted to workout with him and gave him nice gifts etc.. bodybuilders there are treated like football players in america, which is cool.

    Nasser in 1995 & 1996 was his peak, dry as desert, good skin, perfect muscle division, at that time he still had good back, after that his back was disappearing

    Nasser should have stayed like this, his body looked perfect. I think after this year he went to crazy with the insulin and synthol abuse. this is his best look IMO

      It's just another time. Nasser was, like few other great guys of this decade like Schlierkamp, Strydom, Sarcev, Matarazzo and co, hunks and bigs but terribly handsomes and desirables. Now this is just pieces of beef, all bubblegutted and so puffed up. They killed this sport

      Yes from the front Nasser has a more beautiful, bigger and more aesthetic physique than Dorian ...
      However, Nasser's back never had the same detail compared to Dorian's

      bbrock RailFan Really does not work like that, Bostin Lloyd took a ridiculous amount of gear and still wasn’t particularly big. Plus he was committed and loved bodybuilding. Loads of other examples; Rich Piana pushed things to the max and never even turned pro. Nasser’s genetics are a once a generation occurrence ...

      is 100000% wrong!!! tests to athletes have concluded that the athletes how made stretches between sets got injured more often!!! and there is an scientific explanation for this. muscle get confused because this kind of stretching causes relax to fibers and should ONLY be done at the end of training

      Stretching between sets increases the blood flow in that particular muscle. Hence more pump you will get.

      His upper body is bent at less than 33 degrees from the horizontal, with an under-hand grip using light weight, & still using straps ( under hand does nothing for your back in that position- double overhand much more effective, especially when using straps ), & he is pulling into his bloated, distended 45" gut !
      He is practically doing a partial shrug, not impressive at all, & he is gasping for air! And, he is gasping for air, a total joke ! Lol
