Hello are your patterns drafted for a b cup bust. I have a 42 inch full bust and am wondering if would fit bust into 2xl would I have to do a full adjustment or would there be enough ease as is. I redid the asymmetrical dress and it came out perfect!!

Regarding your question, my patterns are drafted for a C smaller D cup bust. Given that you have a 42-inch full bust, the 2XL size should generally fit, but to be 100% sure, I recommend making a test garment first. This will allow you to check the fit and see if any adjustments are needed before working on your final piece.
