I've assembled this Bass Add on to go with my 1 TD-X. The assembly went well, I recommend glue with an extended work time. The end result gives amazing bass. Fast and clear, better than the two 12 in powered subs I had before. Best percussion I've heard. Highly recommend!

What i really liked about the flat packs were the mistake-proof miter assembly and the slightly proud edges that easily sand flat before adding veneer. My 2TD-X came out looking professional and sound amazing for the money. Really high-end.

You should get a "glue brush" for spreading the glue. Also glueing the panels while laying down flat will prevent the glue runs and make spreading the glue easier. This carcass may have some vibrations because you did not glue the inner baffles together (actually one panel is glued when it was inserted in the wrong orientation at first.
I will say that the milling for the parts is quite good. I'd suggest Titebond III because of the long open time. Original Titebond sets in five minutes which is why you had gaps near the 20 minute mark.Of note: pistol grip clamps don't generally have enough clamping pressure.

Good eye. It should have been glued, just something we missed during filming.

Think about using a numbering or letter scheme on the panels to identify wheee they go and the order. It’d be a simple add to your drawings

I built the 1TDX last winter and I'm building the Torii right now. Next time I'd skip the Baltic birch for the 1TDX. The one thing I don't like about the assembly for the Torii is the lack of rabbets in the front and back panels. I understand it's the entry level but it seems like that would be very cheap to change. The 1TDX has rabbeted edges on all panels so it's very, very hard to put things together out of true. That's not really true with the Torii. It's not a deal killer but it is annoying.

Heyyy... Where's the info for your company or your website or how to order?
I looked at your 'about' section & it doesn't say *anything* except when you joined youtube.
    🤔

Can you do custom CNC cabinets (I would provide drawings)?

Individual one offs are typically 3-5 times the price of a production cabinet and they run the risk of not being perfect the first time. We always order a prototype to verify and then 50% of the time need to make a small change. We can do them but it's not a cheap option.
