8 days in Portugal & Spain (March 2022)

My second time in Portugal I went to Porto this time for 2 days, and then traveled to Spain for 5, followed by one more day in Portugal (the Azores) before flying home.
This was in March 2022.
Itinerary
Day 1: arrive in Porto in the morning
Day 2: Porto all day (wine tasting and Livraria Lello in the morning)
Day 3: Travel day to Madrid with a stop in Cáceres, Spain.
Day 4: Day trip to Toldeo (overnight in Madrid)
Day 5: Day trip to Avila and Segovia (overnight in Madrid)
Day 6: All day in Madrid
Day 7: Seville
Day 8: Layover in the Azores before flying home
