- I've got a bone to pick with Nightmare! And I'm taking it out on the Tombs of Tal Rasha. I need to find some equipment upgrades prior to hitting Act III, but what can be found? And how much Magic Find does it take?? Let's find out!

I feel like this is the gameplay I can get behind. Content creators focus too much on hr drops and meta gear and not the overall mid to late game. It’s refreshing. Good work.

Hey Luke... same for me recently rediscovered D2R. Was wondering if you tried MF on your Merc yet?
I try to run a Helm or Armor with some Topaz in it on Merc for some extra MF kick. The only downside is the Merc must make the killz for his MF boost to count. Not too sure if it is a good thing or a waste of time yet.

And quite correct! Adding MF to the Merc does allow for a bigger number, which is always better, but just make sure your Merc finishes off the kill.
If you’re grinding Terrorized Zones or somewhere that isn’t too tough, and have like an extra 50+ or so (or an extra Wealth 😂) to put on him, it certainly could be worth it. But when fighting through newer areas matching your level, I generally worry more about Merc surviving so I don’t get mobbed lol since generally you’re trading off damage, resistance, etc. to stack MF gear. So I’ll say: it depends on where you are and what you’re doing. I hope this helped!
I got a tals orb in the desert going to tals tomb p8 NM, it was about 15 lvls higher than me at the time
That’s actually pretty nuts! Tal Rasha laid hidden treasures all over it seems!
My favorite for farming.
I always go through Tombs at least once, but grinding them out really showed me how much can actually be found!
