Noticed a new style crease seems to be popular. Looks like y'all are wearing your hat backwards with that wide crease. I'll stick with my crease the way it is.

I guess the old saying, from Texas, doesn't apply anymore lmao: " all hat, no cattle"....I suppose it's a country fashion thing now. Can tell some one is rural or appreciates that kind of life if they wear I guess. 'cept for the buckle bunnies trying to snag haha. Just city gals looking to upgrade their life- they're sometimes scary creatures around here. I want to visit one day and get a customized one, would be neat. I run cattle up in Saskatchewan but I never wear that stuff. Saskatchewan cowboys, we're the poor cousin's of the Alberta guys, we wear rubber boots and free ag dealer ball caps hahahaha

I just wear felt hats all around. 105 fir a straw hat? Thats to much when I can by a stetson straw fir 23 bucks lol

not true you can wear a felt hat all year long if you want, it just hotter in the summer with a felt

Very true. Which cowboy hat you wear is a personal preference. One doesn't always have to wear a straw during the summer time. You can wear a felt hat if you choose (some people do). It is hotter to wear a felt hat though, especially in the hot summer sun. That's kinda the reason why some people choose to wear the straw hats in the summer time. They're cooler.

A.j Barba the store is located at the forth worth stockyards. They only carry and sell "American hat company " aka American hats there. So he has an American hat, and I'm sure the ribbon can be bought at a hobby lobby. I've got 3 hats from that location. Great group of guys
Seriously? I've worn felt hats year around for years. Didn't but a straw till a few years ago, and I like my felts better!

I know right. I've noticed everyone wearing that stupid crease. Looks silly to me. And that differant colored straw mix. I'm not sure about that. Looks kinda girlie. But I do like a tan straw.

When it’s hot out you wear a straw hat. When the weather is cooler wear Felt. Rules for what date to wear dark colors or light colors is for worker bees in The banking and financial industry or the military. Otherwise you are free to do what you want when you want. In America people think for themselves.

Good thing I'm a Hoosier, and NOT a "cowboy"... All year is "wear whatever the F hat I want" season. It's July, as I type this, and I'm about to step out in my FELT Cavalry hat, with requisite Cavalry (Armor) braid. Let someone tell me that I shouldn't be wearing it, please. 19 Kilo don't give an F... Maybe tomorrow, I'll step out in my straw Cattleman's, or my straw Gambler, or my straw Gus...
Damn dime store, rhinestone "cowboys". Ain't ever straddled a horse, roped a steer, or looked at a live cow up close, yet they're "cowboys". Probably driving around in a Prius, at that!
