I have a personal suggestion to comment, Please try to make awareness among the hotels in India to treat their trainees/interns better. Starting of with the lowest pay scale on the universe for a job (10-14hr/6 days a week) the trainees are the ones who suffer most in every hotel. Hospitality field in India is surviving with the hardwork of this poor souls. So please try to uplift their conditions in hotels and people like you have the ability to do it.
That is ok but they taught many wrong service 😢😢. Even they give me many alligation of politics they treat me very bad like a street dog . They treat me that i am a street dog 😢😢
I am sharing something for aspiring professionals, that has worked for me... Write 3 things on a piece of paper, in bold:- Where from and why did you start this journey, Where are you currently in your journey (are you gaining anything in this phase?- not necessarily economically- and how do you think it’s helping you?), and Where and how do you see yourself as you progress through your journey (would you be able to achieve what you aspire for? If yes, give it a target.). Paste this at a place where you can read it more frequently throughout the day. Reminding yourself of all the positive reasons to go get your dream is something of great value. I wish you the best!
What lies, Indian hotel industry is one of the most exploitative industries when it comes to students and interns. I was paid 2000 RS per month and had to do backbreaking work 13-15 hours 6 days of the week. This is woman is a teacher, which tells you she herself couldn't deal with pressure. She's like one of those soulless army recruiters. Don't make this mistake, if you want get into hospitality go to another country, you won't be treated like a human being here.
Yes u are right and in 2020 during covid we are paid just 800 rs per month 2hat u expecting from u we are labours to u who expend lacs of noney just to earn 800 rs.
Very well said Shubhangi Garg. This needed to be said. No matter which stream you choose there is no shortcut. Saying from experience. Its the same in all the fields. Including the so called glamorous acting or blogging.

Keep the fire burning? Really? How? How would you even justify exploitation? Since childhood we've heard a phrase, said, "Labour never goes in vain". But here, in this industry, there is just labour, but no gains at all. And top of that, you get exploited for no reason? How do you keep the fire burning when there's no appreciation? Start treating humans like humans, and pay them what they deserve, then see them keep the fire burning!
In India hotel industry is hell. I recently completed my hotel management. During my industrial training I used to work for minimum 12 hours. I have even worked for 16 hours like a labor. I worked in hospitality for a couple of years and I am grateful for it, because what I learnt through hospitality has stayed with me until this day, and I use this knowledge in every aspect of life and not just work: 1. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity 2. You must be quick with contemplating the scenario and making decisions 3. Always expect the unexpected as the only constant is change 4. Sometimes it is important to perform tasks that are not a part of your job description if you want to achieve the desired result 5. Having fun whilst working changes your perspective
