Dear Nitin jii, need ur expert solution regarding my Meteor Supernova Blue color.
During my delivery time, I got to know that there is paint related issue, the service manager told me that they will repaint same portion during my first service.
Considering his assurance I take the vechile and using it since 2days.
Can u plz share the warranty cover for meteor.

Sir, meri meteor 350 ki battery dead ho gyi thi yaani charge nhi utha rha tha. Maine service centre me dikhaya. Unhone kaha replace hoga under warranty. Unhone replace to kiya but lekin dusri purani battery di. Maine pucha to unhonhe kaha ki jo stock me rhta hai wo laga ke dete hai. Kya karna chahiye sir please guid.

Brother if wires are not cut to koi bhi issue nahi hai kabhi bhi , wire cut ya wire snap to warranty gone.

yes they do effect the warranty if not installed appropriately.
Sir please guide me ...main meteor purchase krna chata hu but one of my friend own clasic 350 aaj test drive leine gye usne mujhe resale ka hawala de diya ki ye meteor baat mein kha bikegi resale is nothing or mood khrab krke bina booking k ghar aa gye .. but i am not comfortable with sitting posture of classic now i totally confused please help ... meteor sitting posture so comfortable and one thing more i am healthy jst like u ....

My dealer said the sensors are not covered in regular warranty. They will be covered only if warranty is extended. Is it true?
Thats not true , for 3 years they whole vehicle is covered whether you take the Extended warranty or not .

Sir showroom wala ek fireball jo ki customised colour hai wo mujhe de rha hai bol rha hai registration wagera sab apke naam pe rhega but net pe search karne pe showroom wale ka naam batayega to sir le skta hu wo bike ki nhi ?white colour hai
Bai pehle bike showrrom ko pr-bill hoti hai uske baad final invoice aapke naame pe hi katega bindaas le lo , wasie bhi meteor badi demand mein hai time waste mat karo utha lo agar colour pasand hai to.

Dealer shows positivity to customer only upto delivery. Once the bike is delivered their behavior changes .

Sir, Mera meteor next week main anewala hai and I will plan to go for some long rides with a magnetic tank bag. Koi koi bolte hain without PPF, tank bag may scratch the tank. Isiliye puchha tha.

Sir, while doing pre-delivery inspection, if any scratches are found on the tank or the pillion rail grabs or in some other parts of the bike, what should we do? Can we ask them to replace the entire bike (in case of scratch on tank)? In that case do we need to wait for more 3 months? Please explain because my Meteor will be arriving soon.
Ask them to change the defective part and deliver the bike , see you have paid for the bike why o take a scratched part , ask them to replace the same and then take the delivery of the bike.
