Whether or not we subscribe to any religious, philosophical or spiritual beliefs, the principle that one should treat others as one would like to be treated has been common across the ages, across civilisations and cultures around the world. The Maxim 'what goes around comes around' or you 'reap what you sow' is akin to what some call 'Karma' and what Einstein determined as a fundamental law of the universe, the law of action and reaction. It would seem that this understanding is innate in a human being and if that understanding is lost we lose our humanity. Whether you believe that death is final or that it is the beginning of another journey will remain in the realm of belief, until it happens, but what we do know is that we have this precious life NOW, this miracle, the gift of breath. Let's live our lives with consciousness, gratitude and kindness and truly BE a human being KIND. Is that not who we are? Each one of us must practice kindness and re-awaken our humanity.
So the guardian went through all this and it turns out that the IPCC investigation found the officers didn’t do anything wrong.....hmmmm could the fella be lying by any chance.
@@wick7201 no they hurt me coz I didn't go quietly.When you get older you realise when you get pulled over by the old bill you behave yourself you have a better chance of walking away if anyone started pissing me about I would steam in why should anyone get special treatment coz of their skin colour?You do know that of the 160 people that have died in police custody in the the last decade only 13 were black.

Stephen im from the uk, you didnt understand what i said. Im not saying because he called the officer old that allows the officer to do this to him, what i ment is the way he changed his answer and tone of dishonesty makes you think is the rest of what he said honest or not
