Love, love, love chicken chow mein and also prawn chow mein 🤤🤤. Algam, I have been very blessed to live in various countries (Malaysia, Saudi, UK, Venezuela) and the best part of those experiences was exploring the local cuisines and shopping at local supermarkets. Malaysian dishes are my all time favourites 🤩🤩. Nasi Goreng, Ayam goreng, Roti Telor, Dageng beefsteak, Nasi Lemak, Murtabah...the list goes on 🤩🤩🤩

I just had Korean noodles for dinner, I love anything Asian, Chicken chow main included!
Love chicken chow mein.....soema gonna make it tomorrow, I'm make mine more basic and in batches coz we a family of 8 so I make the veg first and then the chicken then I add all together and I only use powered chicken stock and soy sauce. Very basic....and I do make other countries dishes as well.... Hong Kong chicken is also a favourite of mine.... alhamdulillah love your channel brings me back to CPT every time I watch it.

Hi Fatima. I also love Chicken chow mein and I do mine similar to the way you did yours. I also add a little corn flour to the sauce mixture so the sauce has nice smooth thick texture. Try it and let me know if you like it! Love all your videos!:)
