Looking at the results, it seems that the Fan need to operate continuously to maintain the CPU temp within 100C. Will it be possible for Solidworks to setup and compute the time how long the fan will run in order to determine the necessary Fan power consumption?

Why did you set the fan as an external outlet fan? The fan is inside the enclosure, so it is not external
I think you should check coordinate when attached material to the PCB, the post-proccessing graphics of PCB is not uniform...
how did you obtain the result directly in an excel sheet?
