Thank you, Amanda, for all of your hard work and energy to do this vlog challenge along with all of your other responsibilities. Not to mention getting sick and having fridge temps with no heat! You are a trooper to continue sharing. Appreciate the inspiration and all of the tips, tricks and inside info you have shared. I am fairly new to reselling....2 1/2 years...although my husband has built furniture and sold in consignment booths for years as a hobby and side hustle. At times it is hard to know what to put in my booth. Thrift store prices have continued to rise, so it is a challenge to make it profitable. I still enjoy looking for treasures that others may like for their homes...and it helps pay the booth rent in between my husband’s handcrafted furniture sells. Your Vintage Rental business is very interesting to me. Checking into my area to see if that is something I can pursue. Thanks again for sharing your journey. Glad I found you through Amanda’s Mercantile shoutout! New subscriber in South Georgia. Looking forward to your next adventures!
I’ve been thrifting once in Knoxville (and not at those stores) and I was blown away at how pricey everything was. I live in Nashville and the prices / selection is much better. Looks like a fun trip, either way!
Its been so lovely tuning in every day to see what you've been up to. I've really enjoyed the booth coming together and watching how you style it. I've lots of questions if you'd like to answer them, some others might have asked, but here you go: How did you start or get interested in all this? As a vendor in Grit & Grace are you obliged to work there or is that just you? What is your dream thrift find? Again, love the videos, you've done a great job, short and sweet and right on the mark. Love from Ireland xx
So happy to see that you have picked up about a 1,000 new subscribers since the shout out from Amanda's Mercantile. That is so awesome. Hope you get some rest now, after the 30 day challenge, and wish you a very successful February.
I've been thrifting and selling for 25 years and wow, prices keep going up! I thought they were high in my area of Wa state but some of the prices you showed were way higher than I would have expected. I found your channel sometime after I started watching Amanda's Mercantile, you are awesome as well and the wedding business video was so interesting. You do have a talent for this! oxJulia
Thanks for taking us along with your fun day. Love your finds. Have enjoyed finding you. You have a ton of energy and vision for what you want to do. Thanks Jo
How fun! Thank you for taking us along! It looks like you found some great treasures. I really liked the fowl mug, love the redware small pitcher. Fun video
Have you ever been to a goodwill bins or is there to much new stuff there? I don't think I would have the steam to do so many thrift stores in one day. Love your finds and Nathalies too! Great editing and filming🙌.
Hi Amanda- Started watching you because Amanda did the shout out. Lots of fun! I wanted to let you know that @8:19 the wine glasses with the flower on them are called Corn Flower- They are from my area in Ontario and date from the 1960s. I collect them. Well done! Or at least well done for your sister- I think they were her haul.
Its been fun watching your challenge! I would love to find some fellow vendors to do a day thrifting trip with, it looked like so much fun! Sorry you didn't find a lot, but you are like me, I only buy what I like and think will sell. I look forward to more of your videos!
Hi! Was thinking about your vintage rentals and wanted to suggest that you add some milk glass vases or pieces. People really like the white bright pieces for baby showers, bridal showers, etc. just a thought. Love watching you and your channel!
I did as well! I find so many things that would be perfect for fall when I'm out. I probably already have enough for a fall reset this year though! Haha
Questions:;what got you interested in thrifting and having a booth? What style does your sister have? Does you dad sell online? Is it because of him that both you and Natalie are into this arena? What’s been your most memorable find?
I believe it was, ladies of charity, finders keepers, a few of the local goodwills, Honey Rock thrift store, Community Link, and Live-IT Thrift store in Seymour

Hello Amanda. Friendships are special, but paired with treasure hunting, are priceless.👍🏼☺️💗
Fun idea !!! Looked like a lot of good times thrifting with friends and your sister. Love a good road trip ❤
We are blessed to have a ‘re-shed’ at our dump…. & we find tons of cool stuff there! Also, a big fan of yard sales… can’t wait til spring!

Lunch time best time of all but I loved the armoire
The third shop seemed to have great finds
I am going to miss your video at the end of the series. I could watch you every day.
That's so sweet! My plan is to post two videos a week if I can!

Love this idea...Many eyes to help find each person's style preference. Looks like you had a great time, thanks for letting us tag along.😊
There was a lot of yelling "Hey (blank) come look at this" Haha

Very impressive work on your vlogathon, subscribed!
I have very similar taste with what I buy to resale. In fact, I picked up that exact book on trees recently at a thrift store.
It's so fun to see what people like to pick up! Can't wait to do another vendor trip this January and share everyones different tastes.

Thanks for the suggestion! I actually have a whole box that I didn't end up getting to. 😅
what's the piece that when you were thrifting (so far in your business) that took your breath away? the one hard to part with? great videos!!!
I’ll bet you were worn out! But, the things you found are beautiful, I especially liked the autumn leaves pained set of china.

Do you have the names of the other thrift stores you went to. Wanting to check them out when I come to my sisters in Knoxville later this year
