I just wanted you to know how I really needed this message pertaining to the workplace! With that being said, I work at a warehouse where I'm surrounded by lots of negative & toxic spirits on the regular! True enough, I have prayed over & over for my workplace to become a much more peaceful & friendlier environment. However, it's almost like I'm not praying at all because the more that I pray the more toxic & unfriendly of a workplace that it remains! What are your thoughts & would you suggest? Btw, thanks in advance!
I didn't go to the restroom and talk to myself but my mental health was at risk. I would have either had a heart attack, a stroke, a mental breakdown, or hurt someone. I had no savings because I could not save and support my family on my salary but I left. I left to save myself. I left to preserve my health, my sanity and my peace. Unfortunately I have not found another job as yet.
As long as you keep grinding and looking for what you truly deserve, something will come up,the energy we put out in this world sometimes cannot be denied if aligned with the universe,or the most high., keep pushing till the day you die❤

I work with demons that don't like me for the first 30 minutes but the rest of the time I'm on my own. When I'm around these miserable souls I try to keep my distance and keep it friendly but short. It helps a little bit and I ignore a lot and respond with wisdom. I keep it smooth.
That's really good sound advice @Ringo. The only problem is a lot of times when you're low-key you sorta standout. Thus, making you a target for the haters.
No matter what you do you'll always stand out. Its how to react to the BS is what matters. If people know they're stressing you out they will continue. So at time you have to check people ASAP.
the workplace......chosen one, YOU CAN NOT SAVE THE WORLD, right!........try to do just your work.......dont perform too little, too much.....dont be the first one finished, definitely not finished last ("look the part" of being busy, working).....your co-workers are not your friends, stop CONFIDING in them!.......learn to deal with the "micro-managers".....you know the people who try to tell you what to do & they are not your supervisor........many of these stressors come from people that don't want you there, they themselves are personally going thru some things and believe your not deserving of your job.
17:27 i literally did that at TWO jobs.. one i left right after i said it.. the other a few months after. I’ve always wondered why i was always given a hard time at jobs I’m quiet and to myself.. and i do good at everything I do. I got bullied by other coworkers/mangers.. they would put me in spots that i wasn’t even trained to do. It got bad…3rd shift i would never do again.. only 3rd shift i do now is for my FAMILY staying up late cause i have extra laundry to do.. etc, Stocking shelves will only be done for my FAMILY in our pantry… taking care of MY family instead of someone else’s will be my job. The decision was scary quitting.. but we good now.. it all worked out I appreciate this life..

What happens to me at work is that ppl feel entitled to my energy. They try to make me feel away if i don't entertain their conversations. I understand everyone doesn't need to have access to my sauce.
For me if I stick to my J.O.B. I was considered Angry or Stuck up..... But if I'm too Friendly they say I'm thirsty or Creepy when it comes to the females but the guys they consider You Worrisome, Bugging everybody...........it's Pathetic!!!

Don't give them any energy as much as possible. This pisses them off and they will try harder to get a reaction out of you. They will eventually back off when nothing works to get under your skin. I tried it yesterday, no emotional responses in my facial expressions, straight stone faced. They were scared, and the ringleader (the evening chef), knew it and was also quiet around me. Already about to leave with my exit plan secured, they have no idea.

I have another job lined up, for some reason I think they found out and were trying to get me to double down on staying (I don’t have them on my resume, don’t need it), but that turned me off completely. I didn’t even say I was voting for Trump. So now for sure I have to leave because they’re political extremists and will try to make my work life a living hell (they were already trying, imagine someone screeching, yelling intermittently while trying to delicately plating a dish and people saying, “That’s just how he is,” when you they’re targeting you). Now I have to decide if my last day is worth the mental abuse I’ll receive.
Ringo, I had to report the labor board on the company. He was playing with my money. After I reported him, we got paid all the money that he was holding. Everybody was scared because they thought they were going to lose their job. No, me. You are not going to work me like a slave and not pay me what I work for.
I don't call in, and I come to work and do my job. So the managers always called me first for overtime. I had to start turning it down because I was getting burned out. Let them younger drivers have it 😂.
That’s why I went into business for myself and I have to stay hidden. I have PTSD from the workplace. I’ve had supervisors and staff tell me I had a light before I knew what it was. Every time I’m somewhere everyone is jealous and I’m so reserved and sweet. Just doing a great job and decent drove these people crazy. I don’t think chosen people boast, we’re naturally humble.
