If this was the president of the West, it would have about a million views by now, but ni it is an African man speaking and telling the truth to those who want to hear it. If we could ALL listen and learn a thing or two from the man, we might be free metally and Africa will flourish.

What I observed in this video is that when everyone is laughing at the different comments, the youths in the audience were not laughing. They recognized that what is being said affects them and that they will have to make a difference. I implore them to build the Africa that we all want, the Africa that will be the bread basket of the world. Great as it was always been, the many great wonders of the world. Motherland!!!!

Brilliant speech mr. Lumumba and an excellent move forward towards uniting the culture, the people and the continent, I just hope it's not just a one time thing, spurs of the moment but a continuous exploration into the evolution of the continent and a renewed interest for the regeneration of it's people's, assets, and marketing capability, to foster proper understanding of the urgency and fundamental importance in priority of which the needs for swift change superlative development, and well planned growth in order to take a strong hold on the growing demand for diversity and progress taking place in the world, riding on the wind of opportunity to establish ourselves in distinctive fashion, an unsubjective stance in this world, and give rise to our ancestral power of greatness passes down to its generation finding new hope in ourselves, and future endeavors unshackling the ties that bind us and have us lost in unfiltered dreams.Time to rise and shine!

People must be laughing from nerves because it's not really funny. PLO has painted a picture that if we don't gather ourselves, we will be re-colinized. I can see and hear the pain in his heart. It is the same pain in mine. Let us take heed and take action before the worst happens. Let's consume what we produce and leave what we don't. It can be done!

Africans come together and negotiate, but when they return to their places, they change their opinions because they don't know how to put in place their agreements. Professor Lumumba has been tired of imbuing them with an advice since he works on the development of African people and their countries; therefore, African leaders should bestir their selves to have one passport, one arm and one parliament, I don't think that they would culminate unless they do this. This depends on if we get bumptious leaders who are committed to decision making and their future.

I think the problem of Africa is the false adoption of foreign languages as our official language. Technically, over 85% of the african population do not comprehend these adopted languages and by extension, we have left over 85% of africans in the course of championing the african agenda so there is a huge communication gap in every country with the resultant effect being the accusations and counter accusations.

Africa is only 60 or so years old as sovereign states..it has taken just that long to catch up and compare its standards with very old democracies..the US took over 3 centuries to finally allow women and its colored citizens to exercise some rights granted to them when its constitution was adopted..the journey has been so fast for Africa that it deserves credit not the critism written here..truth must be told..

To all nkrumaist and until the whole world knows the truth.Ghana first president Nkrumah inherited a rich nation in terms of natural resources, but lacking technological and managerial skills, however he became arrogant and embarked on gargantuan spending spree with no coherent strategies to replenish outlays from inherited assets.President nkrumah misruled and dictatorship, precipitated the army police coup against his government and started a cycle of dictatorial military governments in ghana, culminating into brutal AFRC and PNDC extermination of opponents. The all powerful almighty God who spoke and things happened, didn't need six days to finish creation,he could finish everything one day or even a second, but just as in his usual humility came to earth and was brutally crucified on the cross, finish creation in six days. Why six days?Maybe God is speaking to mankind to finish one major project at a time,if we want to do a great job,In a nutshell, had president Nkrumah allocated resources to achieve sustainable modern agriculture before industrialization diversification, ghana would not be importing more food than exports now.Farmers having modern farm equipments would require fewer workers and even layoff some existing workers, then large scale imports substituting industrialisation would become essential, since it would create employment opportunities for displaced farm workers and new entrants to the jobs market. The rush to industrialize shortly after independence with a population of about six million, drew farm workers on farms located in remote areas without clean drinking water, electricity etc,to newly created lucrative factory jobs located in cities where all the modern amenities were concentrated.Had president Nkrumah focused on building infrastructures and modern agriculture to ensure continue food security with the growing population, and humbly step aside to allow his compatriots to carry on the good works he had started, the coup against his government would have been averted and ghana would have had the political stability to grow economically.Concurrently, the europeans seeing economic progress and political stability in newly independent ghana would be motivated to reconsider their continue colonization of Africa. The need for ghana to give away 10million pounds to guinea would not have occurred. In America since first president Washington didn't become a dictator or king,America had the requisite political stability to grow to supersede their colonial master,a word to the wise is enough.
