Kashimiri Chilli Powder - 1 ½ Tbsp
CorianderPowder - 2 Tbsp
Turmeric Powder - ¼ Tsp
Meat Masala / Chicken Masala - 1 Tbsp
Pepper Powder - 1 ½ Tsp
Sliced Coconut pieces
Coriander leaves
Curry Leaves
Coconut Oil

Resmi, I have come across your video on chicken perattu somewhere in fb, then I tried it on previous sunday. I have never been on kitchen as a cook during these years so my new assighment offer something to laugh to wife, kids and mother. I go through your video several times, writes down all the points . Be frank I am less confident when starts, which goes up again when cooking time cross 1 hour timeline ( 1kg chicken) and impatient faces around . Finally it is ready to serve and first one to taste was my elder boy, his intial response with broad eyes tells everything. What makes me on cloud 9 was the silence of my wife as her eyes says she had never prepared such a yummy !!!!

Hi chechi..i tried it!! I used to cook the chicken roast recipe by edible garden blog. That was very yummy but too much process, u have to make the onions golden brown and have to grind the spices and what not. I wanted a similar taste but less process and oh boy, i found the one!!! U are a life saver chechi..i have tried many of your recipes and they are guaranteed ones!! This perattu was soo easy and i could do all the chores while it was cooking. Even if its easy it doesn't compromise on the taste, its a damn tasty one. Thank you sooo much for this recipe🥰
