To be honest if we took full powered insanity and took level 20 frisk and I’m saying frisk cause chara literally does nothing in canon. Insanity would win cause he can still use all his attacks but there more random and he can still dodge or just tank the hits and with his lv and determination with the increased attack and defense he would most certainly win

Chara nailed it when Bro said, "Does he have infinite stamina or something". insanity has infinite stamina on cannon he also has 0.5 hp but that doesn't mean he can't get hit because of his determination sometimes his health bar glitches out which makes him able to get hit by fatal blows that would kill him.
