Hey I use gusto for my company, and it only always pay weekly with my w2 drivers, are there any other ways to pay them by load as a w2 driver instead of weekly?
Pretty much theory x versus y employees. I would suggest that with the new withholding rules contracting is the best way to go. If you give a contracted driver an OPTION of some loads /rates that you found on a load board and let him choose from those options or an option that he discovers AND not be compensated as a dispatcher you can craft a win-win
I can understand this argument. I personally think it’s mental gymnastics, and you’re playing with fire, but as a lawyer, I tend to steer far away from brushing up against the gray lines. to each their own though, of course.
You're very helpful 🙂, and the first channel I'll recommend and look to support in the near future 😀
Thanks again for sharing 😊.
My pleasure 😊

Very interesting 👍🏼
Glad you think so!
Can you go into how you started your food truck business?
in my video titled “lawyer finds exit strategy” I talk a little about it, but I’ll go into more detail in the near future.
Can you pls do a video about the best way in how to get loads for your business
Yea I will. I will do a load board video soon
I like watching Jordan Peterson
me too. he’s brilliant. you have to be ready to know the truth about yourself, though.
