4-DAYS USER TESTING FOR VAXSOCIAL PROJECT ( CHATBOT TRIAL )

Last week, between Monday, June 24th, and Thursday, June 27th, HelpMum Africa in partnership with the The Behavioural Insights Team, conducted user testing for a new version of HelpMum Africa chatbot service, augmented with behavioural strategies and AI, funded by Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. We gained valuable insights from the this user testing and can’t wait to use some of our learnings to build a better version of HelpMum Africa current chatbot service.
