Hi. Thank you for sharing this very stylish card. Oddly enough I'd deem that suitable for a subtle wedding/engagement congratulations card or a masculine sympathy card. I hope you're having a lovely day.
A couple of elegant beautiful cards, love them both especially the one with the snowdrops . The lost shadow is a lovely colour may have to invest in one .x
I love this card just as much as I did when I first viewed the video last year. Absolutely gorgeous! I had to laugh because I'm a private person and I don't do social media. It's only more recently that I've been leaving comments because creators have said it makes a difference in YT recommending their videos. So, I'm finally leaving a comment for this one, over a year after first viewing it. 😉 I tried this technique last year. I didn't have Lost Shadow but made something in a similar layout with Pumice Stone (love that color). I was very proud of that card, and it was thanks to your inspiration. 🩷 Thanks (again) for a fabulous video!
Nice and classy Christine. A really cheap alternative to embossing ink and the embossing dauber is to use a small amount of glycerin with a sponge - works wonders 😊x
Watching your videos is always inspiring in the craft department but it’s the charm of your comments and thoughts as you work that leave me happy and refreshed! You are a joy!
Ok I had to stop utube and order 😂 lost shadow. I looked when it first came out but too late it was out of stock. Today they have it in, it is a departure from his usual colours I feel, so versatile. Great card.
I love watching you Christine. You always giggle over the little mishaps and just have fun playing. My kind of crafting. I almost always use 'my mishaps' too and very rarely throw anything away. 😊
Hi Christine! Your channel was recommended by another crafter I watch and I love your cards! I love clean and simple. I have been binge watching your channel today. 😊
What a beautiful card, sadly I’ve recently had to send a with sympathy card, the muted grey would have been ideal, I’ll have to order that. Thank you Christine for sharing your creations with us.😊
I'm sorry I really don't recall where that was from, my mother's name was Lily and I have various, lily of the valley dies, but don't know the origins any longer. I've had them for some time!
So absolutely beautiful! I have this ink, and I never thought to use it like this. This makes me think of all of the new and different ways I could be using it. Thank you!
So pretty and elegant! I was hoping you would put the embossing glaze over the ink on the flowers...that way they'd be a bit darker and glossy, but still fit the monochromatic theme. Thanks for sharing!
Again great! It watched a few monts ago, i saw youre video, where u used that bowl where you put youre towel in. And i thought great idea. Probably a English thing. Several days later i was in a second hand shop, and found me an orange one. And my husband saw me watching one of youre video s, and he said, again??? 😁 I say, yes great teacher!Greets from Netherlands
Lovely things you got there, and beautiful cards you made 🙂 Maybe write 'up' on the back of the scrip stamp, so it would be easier next time you want to use it. Just a thought from here. 🙂
Very elegant and love the soft gray on the white. Just added the Lost Shadow inks to my shopping list as I hadn't yet purchased the new color. As always, thank you for the video.
I just love this card! You have such wonderful ideas that I find it hard to keep up! I have only recently found your channel and am now an ardent subscriber. I love the way you talk us through - so natural, with no 'stop / start' editing. If a 'mistake' is made, you just run with it! Anyway, there's no such thing as a 'mistake' is there? It'll be a mere further creative opportunity!! Please keep up the great work!
Thank you so much Christine for sharing your talent’s with us all. And it’s so amazing that I’ve just brought that “lost shadow” ink pad!!!!!! And I really really love ❤️ your card it’s so Elegant and Stylish Too. And you’ve as always given me so much inspiration too. Please stay safe and well too xxx Mags
I love the cards. You have such cool ideas! This is the first I’ve seen of someone using the distress embossing glaze powder in this way. And it’s absolutely smashing! Thank for being so inspiring.❤
Oh I am so loving this look! It is so elegant, yet artful. I really love the new "Lost Shadow" color too, so soft, so pretty. What a great little play you had, another one I just need to try out once I get the supplies. Both of your cards are just gorgeous! Hugs, Brenda
Really beautiful...i really like youre chattering..miss youre longer videos 😜🤪😝(sorry for the mistakes in de wrighting,im dutch so its not always easy)
Thank you for showing us the new Distress Oxide colour Lost Shadow. Have been debating about getting it as it seemed to me to be a shade missing from most of our favourite ink ranges. I think it will be a very useful addition to my existing colours! Love the colour and the card!! Xx
That's lovely Christine, looks like it could be used from anything from sympathy to wedding. I love swirly flourishes too. I keep seeing people are saying this new ink colour is pretty, and I sort of agree, which makes me think I've finally grown up, lol! 🤍
I'm running out of superlatives! Another couple of cards that I simply adore. I think Lost Shadow is a fab color and really was missing from the line. I'm using the oxide on the Spring cards I'm making as the sky with some stenciled raindrops created with mica pigment powder. I'm loving the subtle effect.
Beautiful. Love all your different ideas. Thanks Christine x
Glad you like them!

Hi Christine! Your channel was recommended by another crafter I watch and I love your cards! I love clean and simple. I have been binge watching your channel today. 😊
Wonderful! Who gave the recommendation I wonder? I’m delighted that you are enjoying my videos! Welcome ❤️
@@Chrissieannie Amy from Amy’s Wares recommended your channel. She said you create beautiful cards and she is right! Stunning!
That's really kind of her, I knew that she had recommended me once, I'm not sure if she had more than once, but it was so lovely her.❤️❤️❤️
Oh my goodness..so beautiful card Dear
Thank you so much 😊
Once again great inspiration. I liked the embossed way the best because of the edging. Thank you so much x
Thanks so much🤍🤍🤍
Brilliant. I love the look and will definitely be trying this. Thank you so much for the inspiration❣️
You are so welcome!🤍🤍🤍

Oh Christine, I am in love with your card. It is simply beautiful and elegant and appropriate for many occasions. A real WOW.
Thank you so much!🤍🤍🤍
@@Chrissieannie I just have to ask, where did you find the beautiful Lily of the Valley die that appeared on your original card? It’s so delicate.
I'm sorry I really don't recall where that was from, my mother's name was Lily and I have various, lily of the valley dies, but don't know the origins any longer. I've had them for some time!
@@Chrissieannie can you at least say whether the die you used was a 1 piece die or more than 1 where you matched them together?
The set has 2 flower stems and 3 leaves of which I used 2.
Christine, this absolutely gorgeous!!! Simple, elegant and beautiful!!! Another win!!! ❤❤❤
Glad you like it!🤍🤍🤍
Stunning card.
Thanks so much!😊

Beautiful card again x
Thanks so much!🤍🤍🤍
So pretty and elegant! I was hoping you would put the embossing glaze over the ink on the flowers...that way they'd be a bit darker and glossy, but still fit the monochromatic theme. Thanks for sharing!
I wanted it to be different from the stencilling which is why I chose to add the Nuvo Glitter Glaze.🤍🤍🤍
@@Chrissieannie I get it. It's a BEAUTIFUL card. With the right sentiment, it could be a wedding or anniversary card
I guess it could be useful for a variety of occasions!
I'm a fan of lost shadow too. Also, don't squeeze the embossing bottle to hard or it will cause a leak.
Beautiful Card!!
Thanks so much!😊
