WolfAlert Safety Notice #1
On Monday, 10/21/13, NC State Police received two reports of a male following women into women’s restrooms and looking over the bathroom stalls at them. The first incident took place at 4:25 pm in the 1911 Building. The second incident took place at 4:51 PM at Ricks Hall. The victims in both incidents gave similar descriptions for a suspect, described as a black male, 20-25 years old, wearing a red, short sleeve shirt with an NC State logo on it, black sweatpants, and worn out tennis shoes. Campus Police are currently reviewing surveillance footage in an effort to identify a suspect.
The biggest shock here is that they said black male. Usually, it's a "dark complexion male", so this was groundbreaking.

** Safety Notice Update**
This is a follow-up to the Safety Notice that was issued on 10/21/2013. The suspect was caught on camera entering the north side of the 1911 Building at 4:17PM. Additional description is a black male 23 to 30 years of age 5’6” to 5’8” in height, weighing over 200 lbs. with slight facial hair.

** Safety Notice Update**
This is a follow up to the Safety Notice that was originally issued on 10/21/2013 at 9:35 pm. The male suspect reported to have been peeping into women's restroom stalls in Ricks Hall and the 1911 Building is in custody at this time. The suspect was identified as a NCSU student and he is being charged with (2) counts of Secret Peeping. This identification was made in part due to the great participation by the NCSU Campus Community in providing tips and leads for investigators to follow.
