35 years old and this still makes me smile time after time!
I'm 34
I'm 35 turn 35 on the 4th of August I get ridiculously nostalgic and sentimental hearing NUFAN and Tony Sly acoustic and with the Scorpio's amazing artistic contribution thanks Tony Sly you truly impacyed positively so many lives helped so many people struggling through tougher times in life thanks truly sending well wishes to your wife daughters and all other family you're truly loved and missed a half get chunk of your heart spirit and sould stay here with us living on Tony Sly you can't imagine the inspiration you spread plus all the hope and positivity in the face of emptyness thanks very touched and humbled to listen and feel it in the music
I'm 39 and this was such a great album then and such a great album now.
25*
i'm 1
Too many comments crying over times lost. Nothing's changed unless you let it - keep it alive here and now!!
Symptoms of neurosis !
My kids say, hey dad, those guys dress like you. And talk like you. And play music like you...so I guess I didnt grow up? I didnt know I was supposed to. Lol.🤘✌
Quite possibly the best punk-rawk album of all-time.
🤘💙🤘
RIP Tony Sly
Back in the day when every song on a cd was a banger
This great punk rock sound takes me back the good old days. Twenty years ago, when we were young and had no troubles at all. Good ol' 90's, missing you so much.
The 90s seem amazing, I was born in the generation.
never forget Tony Sly
I don't care how old I am or what was lost or found along the way. NUFAN and others from the era will always be my starting point.
Well done folks (the band)👏 - way back far away when we all was teens and didnt have a clue what the future had in it's mind.... whish it was like that know ! But im yest an old idiot Swede these days 😎 excuse my spelling.
Memorys of those sweet Times is all i got. All the happy
days.... listening to this again makes me feel alive again 😁 thanx
for me the best album of NUFAN
My arm influence you to have good taste in music.
I love all their albums, but this one is a definite favorite.
100% agree with you !
Still goosebumps, twenty years after the first time i listened to this masterpiece
Good lord, it does make me feel old. Still got like the muisc
NufAN EVER 🔥🔥 in my head 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉24☮️☮️☮️☮️
rip Slymeister. No use was one of my favs when I was a young punk. Always was into old school hc but had this record play on daily basis.
this IS my youth, peak music, peak videogames, peak everything, just before smart phones and the internet zapped everyone's brains.......remember, snowboarding, skateboarding....not a care in the world.... best years of my life
DirtForce 08 yup
Fyi those horrible smartphones which zapped everyones brains out are the same ones which exposed me to this kind of amazing music.
And also skateboarding and snowboarding are as popular as they have ever been, so I don't know what you are talking about there.
so drop your anti technology boomer stance because you have no argument, just enjoy the music.
Although I do admit that I was born in the wrong generation, and the 90s seem amazing
@The Best Western my friends don't listen to this kind of music and record stores don't exist in my area
@The Best Western oh no something we can use to our advantage that you couldnt when you were a kid back in 1647 oH NOOooOOO ;-)
@@buzzchoprecords6048 you don't know, you didn't live it, therefore you cannot speak on it....I believe that's what the kids today are saying about race, sexual orientation, etc, so STFU nerd, go play Roadblocks, or minecraft under your commie flag in your moms basement. Cheers!
Best example of 90’s post hardcore pop punk. Green Day and Offspring stole their thunder at the time.
She was confused and abused in this life
Emotional and violent moments seemed to take the longest time
Every single knockout drag out fight they ever had
Apologies and dignity denied
He starts to laugh
He starts to lie with suddenly psychotic eyes
Every night she cried herself to sleep
She didn't recognize her own face in the mirror
Black and blue
So afraid intimidation
Like a child she hides away
He would always try to justify what wasn't true
Justified Black Eye
Taken for granted she sleeps by the phone
Waiting for a call from him
But it seems he's never coming home
14 beers later he is there without an answer
Once again she questions his lies
He goes to bed with no reply
Tomorrow morning different story and he'll be a different guy
He'll justify her black eye with another lie
She pack's her bags in great temptation
He's on his knees again he cries
A hug and a kiss and I don't know why, as a tear drops from her swollen eye
Apologies until tonight and another justified black eye
Justified Black Eye
good times...not more to say!!!!!!!rest in peace slyster

Man I forgot about the bonus track. Great album! Timeless....
RIP tony...
Good music is the best! Get it! ^^
I remember, in 1995 I had the same exact belly as I have now...I did pretty amazing! It just takes discipline kids.
Cassette !!
Epic couch boy is a Beethoven
This song is better than almost all songs by green day
grainy123 Have you heard Green Day? Green Day 14 albums and none of their songs are bad (one or two not so good but not bad).
Hehehe that's what I was thinking, I wonder if the dude ever listened to them :) It's all just personal taste though.
Green Day is pop rock at best...No Use is melodic punk rock and in my opinion better in all aspects
ROCK VIRUZZ 2021 at all
Miss you Tony. :_(
all these comments makes me feel old. damnit. i am 38

For those about to fart, we salute you. - Another Old Fogey
I hurt my back reading this..

I feel you bro. Im 1983 but i got grown up issues. Good to step back and relax. Honestly it reminds me of how old i am getting.. I heard Nufan in 1996 man.
As the band 7 seconds said "im gona stay young until I die"
feeling you brother
Saw these guys in 1995 with High Standard, 88 Fingers Louie, Ten Foot Pole, and NUFAN slayed it. They played this whole album.
That's amazing ! 88 fingers Louie and nufan sound a lot alike. I never realized.
God I love 88 Fingers Louie and TFP (mostly REV) so much!
Sneaked back stage and tossed beers to Tony and his band mates backstage at Chain Reaction. I should have pulled out my video camera but Tony thanking me for the brews was good enough. RIP Tony.
Chain reaction...oh the late 90's and early 2K's, many a sweaty nights spent in a crowd waiting for the glorious AC DRIP of water to fall on my sweaty forehead and cool me off. Fkn Good times brother.
Punk rock is the best type of music
yea but this is punk
this was one of the best of that era.
countless hours jammin and skating to this!
Co-signed
I just took down memory lane circa 1995-96 starting with propaghandi less talk more rock, strung out suburban teenage wasteland blues, good riddance for god and country, and now this im so amped!! I had these albums when they were hot off the presses on vinyl
Propaghandi was and is so sick!! I have on vinyl also!
Yooo I bought all of that on vinyl and CD

Jr. High School also, man, thinking of those times makes me almost shed a tear.. Good times. =) 31yrs now.. =P

+thepupils209
its sad, be we all are.
Smoked with these guys in their van at The Stone Lounge, Tampa in 1995..... very cool band and awesome punk! No Green Day vibes
I was probably at that show!!
Green Day’s insomniac and dookie are far better than anything from no use. Pretty boring band.
@@KingDilliding-cm6lu kkkkkk comeu e fumou muita merda antes de postar isso, heim??

An amazing band. R.I.P. Tony Sly. You are missed.
Legends Never Die ...
When music was good
My best friend introduced me to NUFAN back in '94. Derek died ten years later, so listening to their earlier stuff is always a little bittersweet, but every time I hear any of these songs, I think of all the dumb shit he and I used to get into... can't help but smile. RIP Derek and Tony.
First time I'm punk rock and now I'm metalhead, but I never forget this band, RIP Tony Sly
Same here
started on this in the 90's , and just never left...
It's also the name of my sim city...lol

El mejor disco lejos de USE FOR A NAME!!!!
My boy Oscar got me into NUFAN in like 96. Back in 6th grade..
I didnt wana give up my age but 35 years old..found NUFAN in 1996. This brings back memories. Eventually got into UK punk. I miss those days. Now got a kid (i love to death) and bills but i remember a simpler lifestyle. This take me back along with blink 182 cheshire cat album.
I would like to thank Rory Koff for having a major hand in setting my internal meter with the drumming in this album... now I specialize in this drumming style.
