Since UA-cam added scrubbing with the multi tap, it's so pleasurable to repeat directions 10 seconds back. Pedal Steel is not easy to teach or learn, though your delivery is clear the 1st time around to my limited PSG vocabulary. Most appreciative of your contributions!

Fred, thanks for the nice comments! I try to make my lessons were I could understand them no matter my playing level. That may sound funny but that is the way I approach them. I would hope everybody could get at least one thing from each video.
      Thanks, Aaron. Keep Picking!

Hey Aaron. Going back through all of the older videos and relearning them. Using them as a daily warmup is a good way to keep the lessons in my mind. Thanks for the instruction as usual.

Allan, thank you. Retaining things seems to be my challenge these days. I have the habit of tabbing out most of the things I work on and this seems to help.
      Thanks as always!
      Aaron

The more effort we make learning something, the longer it sticks. My jazz friends swear by listening to music and transcribing solos, for example. It's hard work but it gets the music into the brain. I'm starting to be able to listen to simple PS stuff and figure it out, but it's like working in the dark sometimes. Learning your stuff gives us beginners the tools to do our own work.

I really like this as well. Thanks. Your teaching style and pace makes this a pleasure to watch. Could you perhaps do a video showing (focusing on) a few more "Buttons"?

Hey Johan! I am actually planning on making more videos that discuss buttons. Thank you for the suggestion and glad that you are enjoying these videos!

Hey Steel Picking, I really dig your style of delivery, your playing and commentary - very easy to follow! I learned a lot. Been picking for 25 years, and still learning every day. Keep it up. Best, J from Downunder (Australia)

JB, on this video I am playing a Zum and Roland blues cube amp. Our equipment video also shows some of the other effects that I use: ua-cam.com/video/x4vb0HYwJ3Q/v-deo.html
      Thanks! Aaron
