The Dark Knight himself was seen prepping for Halloween festivities in Rapid City, South Dakota this weekend and light snowfall began to impact the region. Colder than average temps are expected for this upcoming Halloween, and Batman was likely ensuring that his uniform would keep him sufficiently warm while protecting trick-or-treating citizens.
