This is a Korean-made VR home run derby game, by HomerunBall. This is the single-player mode. There's also a two-player mode where one controller is held by the non-headset-wearer, with some special abilities based on shouting and shaking the controller.
I think the title is onomatopoeia for the sound of the metal bat hitting the ball, but I don't speak Korean so I'm not sure.
