wings most of the time need to be molded in a way that uses less material as like 50-60% of it gets cut away and trashed from the start. the higer sides cutline for example could save 1/2 inch of material like no one use it and molds can save material as they could be made shallower also.
@@artieaudio77 i dont like to be turned in to an enviroment nut but i feel i pay way to much for a wing to just throw away most of the wing as unused plastic. for me that raced rc in the past but nowdays do it recreational i feel that i rather whant a wing that hold up to abuse then be focused on racing an turned in to a one time use item. so i gone for the rout of nylon wing like the old school wings that can whitstand alot of crashes.
I paint all my wings black. Looks good!
Ive been keeping my wings clear but im thinking about painting them a bright color just for more visibility

502 is $14.49 for one cut wing... 501 is $12.75... for 2 wings... that's $8 for 10mns of work... $50 per hour... not bad :)
