This particular video along with your torts video about the liability of trespassers, invitees and licensees (especially the chart in that video) has been extremely helpful in my preparation for the essay portion of the exam. This is hard to track, so many damages rules this expectation Damages formula from another source really has my brain twisted. Expectation damages calculation=(loss of value to non-breaching party + incidental and consequential damages) - (payments/benefits received + any costs saved as a result of the breach) HELP
Under Remedies I am wondering if I qualify for consequential costs when being denied to do Matrimonial LAW policies for other First Nation's. I figure at least one per year valued at $60,000 for the last 8 years being denied the ability to do so? So, I am looking at $480,000 .
