I can't believe you came up to my neck of the woods and doidn't want someone to follow you, great route did a similar one this morning but took the next turning and came back through Bradfield
Not really forests compared to riding the German Black Forest but we don't do bad considering we have half the landmass of France but the same population.

It was a last minute decision. My Mrs was away, I had a day off and the sun was out so I just stole her bike and went for a spin 👍
Great ride, some beautiful forests out there. Hoping to get up in the the UK for a ride. I will be in London next weekend, but flying in :-(
