Xiamen (Amoy) is my hometown. I've grown up in this beautiful city and now live in the Netherlands and frequently visiting Germany because that's the hometown of my husband. Look forward to coming back to Xiamen this autumn. I'm so glad to see Germans who are also happily living in Xiamen. Now I can use this to convince my husband to also move to Xiamen, haha.

It’s wonderful for cycling, i live in this city for 18 years, there’s a road around the island, used only for cars but recently years they built a cycle way around there
I visited Xiamen a few years ago. I had totally forgotten that I also went and saw the view of the university. Thanks for bringing back the memories !

Did you travel to Xiamen yet? If you didn't, just make sure when you get there, keep your bike away from their public buses
