Hello Maxim😃. I’m in Northern California. Most luthiers here will be very hesitant to set up mail order cellos. Some outright refuse because there is too much to do and is not worth their time. Also, don’t buy eBay cellos that don’t have a reserve. Luthiers go to China to source their cellos so the no reserve eBay cellos are the rejects. Don’t buy $150 Amazon cellos. The wood (if it is indeed wood) is green and become unglued over a short period of time. Best to rent one with the one so you won’t be stuck with a cello you don’t like. :)

I wish I had known before. I have a luthier cello but ... with three monstrous wild wolves 2 on G an 1 on D after sticking something mysterious that has come off, and a peg protruding for 5mm through the hole. And as a bonus the guy who keeps fixing things up all the time but never reaching the final result.Failure.

So sorry to hear it, Marzena. Unfortunately, it is hard to avoid. More than a few times I had bad experience with repairing my cellos...
