Have not seen F Vargas since his last fights...good to see him...happy , healthy , a Dad. , etc... He was a great fighter with a ton of heart...i hope he,s enjoyN his LIFE...he deserves it......

I didn't care for his outside the ring attitude but one cannot deny that he was a heck of a fighter; Bazooka, Wright, Yori Boy and TRINIDAD all in his early 20s.. Used to be the youngest ever 154 lbs champ, Olympics, etc... He had some serious accomplishments that 99%f of the world will not ever even come close. The life of a professional boxer is tough; especially any post career health residue. Boxing is not what it used to be these days but I still click to see what is going on.

Now 53 years old i still have never been to a fight I got close once I had tickets to Mike Tyson against michael spinks in Atlantic city but the night before the fight we ran into a group of punks from Jersey and a fight broke out I broke my hand and got arrested it took till Monday afternoon to get released so I missed that one. I keep telling my wife someday we will make it to a pro fight with a big name fighter on deck.. Don king bought a property here in west palm beach and said he was going to build a boxing arena but that was fifteen years ago and still nothing witch sucks because I know I would of been able to catch some fights there..
