Through the years of watching shoe collection videos I'll never understand why people buy motorcycle riding boots expecting them to be like normal boots like their intended to be wore with the rest of the riding gear not with shorts 🤷🏻♀️ I'd assume because the stitching does snag your skin that it's meant to hold on to your pants 🤷🏻♀️idk I gave up wearing mine for riding to trop through my yard when it'd flood because them sucker's are Sealed✨️. They are fashion style boots but they're made for riding that's why they hurt 🤙🏻

The problem with Buffs (Buffalos) and many others is:
That molded foam sole (contrary to rubber etc.) disintegrates and crumbles into dust by itself over time!
Even if you don’t wear them, they’ll fall apart!
I recently threw 27 new pairs of shoes away, because of that.

It's dry rot, more common in humid climates but can happen to anywhere. That's why it's always important to do the "bend test" if you're buying second hand shoes.

It’s PU Foam Hydrolysis.
Sole is made from PU which uses chemical softeners to stay flexible. Over time those chemicals evaporate.
It has nothing to do with humidity. Of course heat and sun can speed up the process.
Dry rot is a different process.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this but some shoes that are slightly too small can be enlarged by pulling out the inner sole and removing any extra padding in it if any. Sometimes that’s all a girl’s gotta do to keep beloved smaller shoes. Love your shoe collection!
Same here especially if it means hurting my feet or ankles because the shoes are too high. Falling on breaking bones or vanity?

Tbh no shame in not wearing the wheels for the Heelys, they take some getting used to but they are absolutely worth having once you get the hang of it

I'm 28, and have weird feet that demand at least a kitten heel difference between toes and the heel itself, and nature decided to complimen that with making them size 44😅 I'm not picky aesthetic-wise, but it do be impossible to find male heeled shoes, and even harder to find female shoes that size. So my choice is always either flat shoes my size + incredible muscle spasms in my feet or shoes with an appropriate arch support + destroyed feet from wearing, like, size 41, if Im lucky😂
In my country the compromise doesn't exist even online, unfortunately. But yeah, I really hope my feet dont grow any more tho. Seeing your collection is amaizing, I, myself, was never able to have a pair last me more than, like, two seasons, because I always choose the arch support option, and that kills shoes so fast😢

Leather shoes can be stretched! The ROCs might be leather!
the smaller sizes are worn in and still uncomfy unfortunately so i think it’s best they go to someone else
They can only be stretched in width, not length so if her toes are touching the end then it's best to pass them on.
@@Lemonade_Stand_ actually they can stretch in length. I just got some boots stretched in length. I didn’t need the width stretched and the cobbler was able to do it!
@@Trigvein not without wrecking the integrity of the shoe they cant. Shoes have sizes for a reason and you cant stretch the sole which is where all the support is.
@@Lemonade_Stand_ integrity isn’t wrecked. Boot is comfortable. The next size up would have been too big. I was just bringing light to options that actually do exist out here! That’s all! 🎈
