This is an expense for pleasure NOT a money saver. You still have to run your central heat. I have a different model I love. It won’t heat a room when it’s 30 degrees outside. But I love how cozy it is and the flames are beautiful.

Stop working after a week. This was an easy assembly and the heater is beautifully. The flames are realistic and I had so many compliments on it; however, it stopped working after I got it. It's a great disappointment and have to get is shipped back to the store to a replacement.
got mine yesterday will not turn on very disappointed QVC sent back and they have sold out, duraflame said they can not help
Received Duraflame DFI-591-02....Cannot attach legs as they do not fit heater, tried for 3 hours, will not go into slots, cannot put in screws.

Does anyone know how to change the light bulbs on this. Where can I buy the light bulbs?
Need to change my bulb too. I found the manual on the internet. It gives directions there.
How do I find this manual on the light bulb 💡
Search for the online manual of your heater model number (most likely it’s a teenie bulb meant for wall plugin nightlights. They aren’t making one-of-a-kind bulbs for these)
Go to home depo and unscrew the back, bring the old bulb there and ask which one you need to replace it
