REAT JOB FOLKS!! If you rent a "power washer" and use lite detergent- it will take powdery dullness out of the old brick. Just make sure the pressure setting for the machine is not too high. you may want to have a structural engineer take a look at that carport, js lol I just want to say how I admire the work you are putting into that flip house. So many people buy properties to rent out and just go in there and put some lipstick on the property and rent it out. The care that you are putting into this project just shows what kind of people you are, you put the same energy into everything and that is so awesome and admirable. Great finds at the bins! That stool would be very easy to cover. Just a small piece of fabric and staple gun or upholstery tacks. In case it doesn't move fast enough, you may want to consider covering it yourself. Can't wait to see those kitchen cabinets Hailey!!

The flexible PVC pipe under the sink is going to collect hair/gunk and eventually start smelling and clog quicker than a straight pipe. I know it's more work to make straight pipe fit but it'll cause less of a problem down the road.

The Haley light fixture for the flip house, if you look closely at the wire, one side should be smooth (hot / ‘black’) and the other should be ribbed (neutral / ‘white’). Its not the most critical thing in the world, but, as you know, it does add to the safety of the wiring / fixture.

I was just at the Akron bins this afternoon. It's night and day between your stuff and what I was picking through. I've had a couple huge scores through the years but usually end up buying 5 bucks worth of whatever.
If you get some disposable Nitrile gloves you avoid paint on your hands and they are pretty cheap, Harber Freight, Walmart and Sams Club have good gloves, Josh, I know you can get Hailey new pants hers have holes in the knees when I was a boy you could get iron on patches for jeans, not sure still available but gets you extra wear from a comfy pair!

Not much effort or material needed to cover the stool. Probably 1/2 yd of fabric, foam for padding and a staple gun.I recovered my old dining room chairs and I am not handy. They looked great. Just a thought!😊
