How credible is an accredited 12-month paralegal certificate in the hiring process?

That's the ideal, assuming it required an undergraduate degree to get in? Not all law firms require a college degree and a paralegal certificate, but if you have both then it's ideal so that you're not limiting your employment opportunities.
